"I...I...I didn't, Madam Smith, I really didn't..."
"Oh, then why don't you answer Second Young Master Smith, why is it that every time our daughter appears, you always make a mistake?"
Evelyn Taylor curled her lips into a mocking smile and looked at her, then shifted her gaze to Thomas Smith.
Thomas originally thought Helen Melendy had schemed against Olivia because of that remark, but now being questioned by his own mother, he unexpectedly didn't know how to refute.
Finally, he only said dryly,
"Is there even a need to ask? It's definitely this woman scheming against Olivia."
The faces of Charles Smith, Evelyn Taylor, Edward Smith, and Harry Hall all simultaneously fell dark.
Thomas opened and closed his mouth referring to Helen Melendy as "this woman" and "that woman", with absolutely no attempt to disguise the derogatory tone.
Clearly, he doesn't consider Helen Melendy, his biological sister, as a sister at all.
Instead, he treasures Olivia, the fake sister.
