"Long time no see, Ruili. Don't you miss me?"
Ruili looked at her, "Of course, I miss you. What are you up to now, not even coming to school?"
Ruimei looked at her, feeling quite discontented, naturally not wanting her to think she's living a worse life.
Ruimei said, "What's school for? I'm now working as a CEO's assistant in a company."
Ruili exclaimed, "Wow, that's impressive!"
Ruimei said proudly, "That company isn't your average small business; it's quite large. The CEO picked me out and keeps me at her side. She's a strong woman, incredibly awesome, and likes to mentor young women. She probably saw my potential and keeps me nearby to learn. I help her handle many things daily, very busy. These days, what does having a degree matter? Let me tell you, no matter how good you are at studying, you end up working for someone else anyway."
Ruili widened her eyes in surprise; is Ruimei doing this well now?
