"What exactly did you think was going to happen once he got his memory back?" Evan asks. "Me think he would at least stick around and try work things out wid Liah." "And he probably would have if he wasn't under the impression that she went back to that asshole, he heard that your mother was boasting about how Liah and that asshole were going to patch things up at the retreat, then when Jody called Liah's phone that asshole answered it and Mathayus heard him refer to Liah as his fiancee, that did something to him man, I've never seen him look so broken."
"So why the fuck didn't he call her and talk to her himself?" "He fucking tried, trust me, he tried, but her phone was off, so what was he supposed to do? He thought she didn't want to talk to him, that she was done with him, not that he would have even gotten her on the phone anyway when that piece of shit had her tied up in that house! Not to mention that the man's father was in danger, he didn't exactly have time to stand around twiddling his thumbs waiting for your sister to make an appearance." Evan growls.
"Fuck, did he at least leave a number where you could reach him?" Anthony asks. "Nope." "Did he call anyone from his country from his phone?" "Nope, I already checked." "Shit, did he mention if he had any intention of coming back here?"
"Well, when we were at the airport me did ask him if he would come back and him sey that his name was the terminator, so... he then winked and walked away, so maybe that means..."
"That means he will be coming back, the terminator always says he'll be back, alright, so that means after he's done sorting out his shit back home, he will probably come back here to check on things at the base, but we don't know how long that will take, so we'll try contacting him in the meanwhile."
"Hold up, maybe there is a way we can reach him." "How?" "He flies in a specialist from the U.S to help Blade and Razor; maybe he can contact Mathayus." "Alright, get on that." "I will, but what's going to happen now that Liah is carrying the future king of Saudi-Arabia's child?" Evan asks.
"One thing is for certain, she can't stay in that community; we need to get her as far away from that place as soon as she's able to leave this hospital." "We?" Evan asks, arching his brows. "Yes, punk ass, we, wherever she ends up, you'll be going with her as her bodyguard. That kid she is carrying is fucking royalty, so you will protect her and that child with your fucking life, feel me?"
"You like playing the leader, don't you? Alright, let me make a few calls, see what I can come up with." Evan takes out his phone and begins scrolling through it. "How are Blade and Razor doing anyway?" Anthony asks. "Blade will be released soon, but Razor is still unconscious.'
"Fuck, we are going to need funds to pull off all this." Anthony sigh scratching his head.
"Fuck, I almost forgot." Removing his backpack from his back, Evan opens it and takes out two big brown parcels. "Mathayus left this for you, and this is for Liah." He said, handing Anthony the two parcels.
"Ho..holy...shit." Anthony grabs his mouth before glancing around as he again glances into the parcel that belongs to him. He then looked into the other. "Mother of fucking cash, thank you, Michael ." He nods with approval.
"Mathayus, the man's name is Mathayus." Evan corrects him. "Right now, I think that fucker is Bill Gates." Anthony laughs. "So, alright, funds secured, find me an apartment in uptown Kingston, and I mean way up town, then go home and pack and call Jody, ask her if she can get a few days off, we're going to need her help."
"But they are not talking to each other.' Evan points out. "Oh, please, this isn't the first time they fall out with each other." "True, but this time seems different.' "Doesn't matter, they will just have to find a way to patch things up because we need her...
and remember to talk to that specialist, Michael needs to get his ass back here, like now." Anthony again opens the parcels, staring wide-eyed into one parcel, then the other.
