Fan Dian Fresh Supermarket is about to close. To prevent residents and friends from making a wasted trip, Fan Tianyu gave everyone a heads up several days in advance, and on the closing day, he put up a notice at the entrance. Only then did Fan Dian Fresh Supermarket officially cease operations.
On the day of closure, Fan Tianyu settled the staff's wages right at the back door. For those who hadn't worked the full month, he calculated their pay as a full month, and he also gave everyone an extra month's wage as severance.
Liang Xiao had only worked here a little over two months part-time, but since her employment crossed over three calendar months, Fan Tianyu simply calculated three full months' wages for her. Five thousand four hundred yuan plus another month's pay, so Liang Xiao received a total of seven thousand two hundred yuan.
