"Hey, Ranran."
He Yiran answered the phone and quickly said, "Grandpa, I've packed some food from our restaurant for you and Uncle. I'll bring it over in a bit, you haven't eaten yet, right?"
Grandpa He had just gotten up and heard this flurry of words. He was stunned for a moment, then quickly replied, "Not yet. Are you coming over now?"
"Yeah, I'm almost done eating, the food is packed up too. I'll be there in a moment." Grandpa He had chosen a hotel pretty close by on purpose. No need for a car—just cross the street and you're there, but it'd still take about ten minutes.
"Alright, then Grandpa won't have dinner yet. I'll wait for you."
Grandpa He hung up with a smile, then turned to Uncle He and said, "No need to go out for dinner. Ranran is bringing us packed food from the restaurant."
Uncle He asked curiously, "Didn't she say at noon that takeout wasn't allowed?"
"Didn't Ranran mention her classmate is a minor shareholder? She probably got us in through the back door."
