Liang Xiao is a newcomer, and this is her very first novel. Her daily average readership starts at ten thousand—honestly, that's a pretty high achievement. As a result, aside from classes, she spends all her remaining time writing.
But Mei Mengzhen is worried about her. Even if writing novels makes money, you can't let your coursework slide, right? Otherwise things are getting turned upside down; all that hard work to get into college—what was it for?
Liang Xiao replied, "You think I don't know all this? Relax, I pay close attention in class, and I only start writing after I finish all the assignments from my advisor. No matter how lucrative this is, I wouldn't let myself fail to graduate. But lately I've been really enjoying writing novels, so I'm just speeding things up a bit each day."
"As long as you've got your priorities straight, that's fine."
