"You guys head back, I'll do the prep, you don't need to help." Fan Tianyu said as he headed into the kitchen and started prepping lunch, one portion for each person, plus a bowl of soup for everyone.
When Mei Mengzhen returned to the private room, she and her brother each downed a glass of water, finally feeling enough energy to talk to the other two. "You haven't had lunch yet, right? Brother Tianyu is already prepping it."
"Right, we wanted to wait for you anyway. You must be worn out from busying around all morning. Hurry up and sit down, take a break," He Yiran said, tossing out polite words as usual.
Mei Mengzhen shot her a look, too lazy to respond. "Pretty much all three cars are completely packed. Zhan's car doesn't have even a tiniest bit of space left. The wine we talked about yesterday, I went ahead and loaded it in too. The wine's at the very back, veggies and buns—stuff that needs ice—are by the door."
