Seeing how readily Mengzhen agreed, An Fang seemed almost afraid she'd change her mind, so he immediately took out the contract and let Mengzhen sign it.
Mengzhen hadn't expected An Fang to be so well-prepared. "Director An, I feel like you totally planned this in advance."
"Not really, no." Director An didn't want to keep talking about it, so he said, "By the way, you're not exactly new anymore, so we're giving you a higher salary this time. Zhenzhen, same for you. Don't just sign the contract without asking about your pay just because you're rich."
Mengzhen set the pen down and said, "Well, I haven't signed yet, I'm still looking. Director An, so how much are you paying me this time?"
While An Fang spoke, Mengzhen flipped to the salary section, and both said simultaneously, "Three million."
Three million for someone acting for the second time is definitely a lot. Mengzhen herself was already pretty happy about it. "Nice, it's higher than last time!"
