Mei Mengzhen walked into her own office first, took a lap around, and honestly, people might not believe it, but this was actually her first time here. It wasn't that she didn't care—she'd just never found the right chance.
Before, Xiyuan was still under construction, then it was being remodeled, then she went off to shoot a movie, and later was busy moving cargo. She simply never got an opportunity to check what her own office actually looked like.
But once she stepped in, Mei Mengzhen found the office was really big, and its windows faced directly onto the street. From upstairs, she could watch the cars and people passing by below—really full of city life.
She was losing herself in the view when He Yiran walked in and said, "I asked a feng shui master about this. They said offices that face the street bring wealth, so I gave you this one. You're basically Xiyuan's source of money. Not bad, right? See, I treat you well."
