The inspection report had come out long ago, but it's unclear why Huo Yi hasn't promulgated it yet.
Fan Er has recently started swaggering around again, always hanging around them when there's nothing else to do.
The implication being that Huo Yi is a coward—not daring to do anything to him, right?
It made his teeth itch with anger.
If he wasn't afraid of causing trouble by hitting him, his fist would have already greeted his face.
"Announce it immediately. Gather everyone below and hold a meeting." Huo Yi, thinking of something, had eyes as pitch-black as a sky before a storm, not a single glimmer of light could be seen.
"Everyone?" The deputy asked, somewhat excitedly.
"Not everyone, just a portion?" Huo Yi glanced sidelong at him.
"Everyone, naturally everyone." The deputy silently lit a candle for Fan Er in his heart.
Just when Fan Er thought Huo Yi wouldn't take any action, Huo Yi decided to strike.
Whether he'll cry later remains to be seen.
