Chapter 315 - Treasure Spirit I

A day ago, the Earth.

It was a casual night out between the girls in Rias's mansion, located two blocks down from Kuoh Academy. Snacks, beverages, games... and a crowd of girls talking, playing and doing girl stuff, mostly, while wearing pyjamas. However, even in Pyjamas, their well-endowed body would be able to pop up a hard-on from the mightiest Buddha.

Something they had in common? They all belonged in the supernatural community.

The plan was to have an all-girls chat, enjoy some snacks, discuss their love interests, and share some nonsense, then watch a movie to wind down and sleep.

Simple enough, initially.

"Anna-chan, really?!" Tsubaki, Sona's Queen, looked at a foreign magazine where the girl who was now in front of her, eating her third bag of biscuits, was posing with luxury clothes, looking like a diva. Completely unlike this shameless glutton.

The title of the magazine said 'Ice Shard' and portrayed Anna as some cold-hearted Diva capable of doing anything for business. She was in a white business suit with a cyan-striped necktie and glasses. Not bad for a Yuki-onna.

"Yesh, I sgned wi chnel (Yes, I signed with Chanel) ... too long ago~" She spoke in the midst of her eating with Akeno sighing exasperatedly, taking a handkerchief to clean her mouth.

"Anna-chan, you have to be more mindful. You can't eat in front of people like this, you are signed with a big brand and have a reputation–"

"But we are all friends here, aren't we?~" Anna giggled and put some fries in Akeno's mouth, who simply looked down, gave up, and ate her potato chips.

"W-Who is your friend, humph!" Tsubaki blushed but still smiled, still proud of that relationship. Anna Yamada was the cutest creature at school. Yes, she was no longer categorised as a 'human' in the school... she was a cute creature all the girls liked to pet.

But this creature was actually quite manipulative and swindled snacks out of everyone at school, even though the teachers saw her eating them (an action clearly against the school rules) and ignored it.

"Tsubaki-chan!~ Do you want some takoyaki?~"

"I-I am good–"

"Let's have some Takoyaki and then play a round after Momo-chan!~"

"Okay..." She just couldn't decline that smile.

Another one bites the dust. Three kings stared at her from the corner of the room, sitting on a table and having some tea. Rias crossed her legs and smiled, still immensely happy that the cute creature was her bishop. Sona Sitri was sitting next to her, looking enviously at how that monster continued to manipulate, swindle and lead her peerage as if she were the King, all due to her cuteness.

Lastly, a beauty with beige hair sat in between them, observing the situation without stating anything. However, one could tell she was frightened by what she had seen so far. The capability to manipulate others is very well appreciated in the devil world.

Anna Yamada was capable of doing it without even noticing. Was she a beauty? Yes, but it wasn't just that... there was not a girl in this living room that wasn't breathtaking. She just somehow managed to squeeze her way into people's hearts.

"And you haven't seen all of it. She's strong too~" Rias boasted.

Sona coughed and gave Rias a sidelong glance, "Would there be a chance to–"

"No".

The council president sighed, "You didn't even let me finish".

"You want to go to the other world to look for people to recruit into your peerage" Rias took a sip of her tea, then she looked at her other childhood friend, who seemed to have this complex expression, "And you do too, Seekvaira".

"I don't think what we're asking is unreasonable", Sona said and Seekvaira followed, "Thanks to you, Grayfia-sama and Sirzechs-sama, we have a great relationship with the Biblical God".

The devils, still not acquainted with him, referred to him that way. He was, after all, the successor of the Biblical God and the God of the Heavens.

"It is not unreasonable. But it is also not I who puts the rules, Sona" She coughed, "The wife group... has decided that no one is to cross over worlds without permission. We can't have unexpected consequences for which we would then have to be responsible. The truth is that even now, the other world is very dangerous and prone to hazards. If you want to cross, you will have to ask Yasaka-sama or Ray directly, I don't have a say in it".

Rias could only cross her hands in this. Even she wasn't allowed to easily cross to visit Anna Blair. She had been told the world outside the Elf Kingdom was still very rough and a lot of the population still didn't agree with the Sun Church.

It wasn't a civilised place like Japan, where a group of pretty girls could just roam around like they were on their weekend holidays, travelling abroad.

"But you recruited that Queen. Anna Blair, right? Isn't she coming?" Seekvaira asked.

Rias put on a dejected expression; she didn't want to force the issue.

"Ray convinced her to join me... I didn't do anything–"

"Have more confidence in yourself, Rias", Akeno giggled, earning a stare from her best friend, "Anna agreed because she liked us and we are friends. Don't you remember? It was she who asked Ray for permission".

'Although she did it because she wanted an excuse to be able to come here...' Akeno sighed mentally.

Anna Blair was the other member of her peerage that Rias was most proud of and still couldn't believe the surreal nature of the situation. The Queen of the Elves, Anna Blair, was fated to be the de facto leader of the other world, only below Ray and Galadriel, the patron gods.

The other world was also way bigger than Earth, and with a stronger population capable of using magic. The Queen of that civilisation was her bishop.

Rias and Anna contacted regularly, something else she couldn't believe. Even with all her schedule and responsibilities, Anna regarded Rias as her Queen to the point that the latter felt guilty.

They were from different worlds, and she had no political power in the underworld to even be able to help Anna in any way. Her title as the 'King' was more of a sophistry than anything else.

Anna's loyalty made her feel more guilty than relieved. That's why Rias felt she needed to speed up her plans.

'Defeating Riser is no longer even an objective... I can destroy that idiot any time' She looked to the side. Anna and Akeno were utter monsters comparable to her, and while she had already made public displays of her powers, she had somehow managed to keep Akeno and Anna's strength a secret. Let alone not many know she has another bishop and that she's from another world.

She didn't want to expose all her cards. And while her relationship with Ray was widely considered in the underworld. Until there was no marriage attached to it, it was like it didn't exist.

Nevertheless, even with the power she had already displayed, at such a young age, there wasn't much she could do. She couldn't even become the head of the Gremory Household (her first stepping stone) until she was an adult.

Therefore, Rias felt frustrated.

She had dreamed of ending her arranged marriage with Riser; it had been her sole objective for years. But now, after attaining the power... that was really everything she could do. She couldn't do anything else.

She couldn't support her bishop by sending her financial resources from this world, she couldn't take over as the clan head to access all the gremory finances and her heirloom as a devil, and she couldn't even marry Ray, the love of her life.

As their conversation progressed, a fissure in space manifested in the room. It was very subtle and quiet. Rias' eyes lit up. Then someone crossed the gate. The girls from Sona's peerage immediately perked up at someone who looked so foreign; she stood up immensely in the room.

She was tall, she was beautiful... and she was in an old-style western silver armour.

Alana was holding her helmet as she crossed, wearing an armour that looked like something straight out of a fantasy movie. The girls who were still clad in mere pyjamas greeted and lounged with interest. For Alana, the contrast was not any different.

"Alana-san", Rias stood up to meet her, but the dark elf had an apologetic expression that told her everything she needed to know.

"I am sorry, Rias... but my lady won't make it today... she had to travel to the Argland Council State and she will be staying for two days".

Rias sighed but then managed to pop up a smile, "It's okay... You didn't have to come all the way to tell me this, Alana-san. I already told her she doesn't have to force herself to participate in our activities–"

"No", Alana broke her speech, "My lady feels very apologetic and she promised she'd visit as soon as she is back. She also sent a gift for you girls~".

Alana stuck her hand into some sort of empty void, an action so casual it didn't go unperceived by Sona and Seekvaira, who could only gasp at such seamless control over space without even using any incantation.

'Are all elves this scary...?' they asked themselves.

Alana took out something; it was a big package filled with biscuits, which were not common, though. She felt a cold haze flash past her and didn't think too much about it.

"These are from the capital. At long last, commerce has started to flourish in the Yggdrasil. The first shop to open was a brewery, the second was a bakery".

"A brewery...?"

Alana coughed, "That was Lady Aqua's wish, but she also said there should be sweets for everyone, and so she gave orders to begin a bakery. It is all still in early stages and we still have to take a lot of care with diplomacy and insurgents... but we're getting there, slowly".

"Congratulations, Alana-san", Sona chirped in, earning a low scowl from Rias.

"I believe we haven't met before... uhmmm..." Alana was placed in an awkward spot; she hadn't met this person, but the other party knew her name.

"I am Sona Sitri, Rias' best friend and Ray-sensei's number one student~".

"..."

Some mouths fell, some gasped... but nevertheless, no one could believe what they were hearing.

'Best friend?!' Akeno gasped.

'Ray's favourite student?!' Anna-chan gasped.

'Kaichou!?' Even Sona's peerage was flabbergasted.

Rias' brows twitched, but she didn't dare say a word. She knew what Sona wanted and didn't want to meddle. This girl would do anything to win... whether it be chess or life, and she respected her for that.

"Oh, you are Ray's student?~" Alana was immediately hooked just as Sona planned, "I knew he was a teacher, How has he been doing?".

Sona smiled wryly when Alana took a seat, eager to hear more about her beloved's endeavour.

She didn't know much about all of them. But she knew something... all of her sensei's women are absolutely head over heels for him, and this woman shouldn't be an exception... if there was a topic they'd be interested in, it would be anything that had to do with him.

Sona talked Alana through their life at school and how they perceived Ray, even having Tsubaki and some members of her peerage join in to throw off-handed comments about how they 'loved their teacher' and missed him quite a bit since he took his leave.

Rias and her peerage were stupefied. Seekvaira stared with a keen eye, almost taking notes. There was no doubt amongst the younger generation of devils, Sona was unmatched in mind games.

Not only that, she managed to rile her peerage in without even giving them one word of input. That coordination in itself was more terrifying than any battle they could have fought.

"You're so sweet, Sona... would you like to come visit sometime? I am sure I can convince my dearest".

There it was. That was what she wanted. It was Alana's dismissive talk. She was going to go, but she wanted to extend cordiality.. perhaps she wasn't even intending for Sona to truly come into the Elf Kingdom.

But how could the Sitri Heiress let go of that opportunity? That was exactly what she was building up for.

"That would be lovely, Alana-san~ could we exchange numbers?" Sona took out her phone.

"... exchange numbers?" The moon elf felt immediately lost and looked at Rias for help, making Sona think she had made a mistake.

"Sona, they don't have phone numbers in the other world" Rias giggled, then stared at Alana, "Why don't we make some time to make an excursion? Whenever Anna and you have some free time, of course".

"No need. You don't need to wait for us, Rias. Ask Lady Aqua in the group, she's always... doing nothing" The Elf rolled her eyes, "Don't tell my dearest I said that, I don't want her to get punished because of me".

Alana put her helmet back, and a spatial rift appeared before her. She didn't even notice when the biscuits she brought were already taken, perhaps even eaten.

After saying her farewells, Alana crossed to the moonlight mist, the link between worlds.

Instinctively, all the girls looked towards Anna-chan, who had a box of biscuits in her hands; she was enjoying herself quite a bit. A pair of hands yanked the box.

"Hey!"

"You ate half of them already, leave some for us!" Sona's bishop ran across the room, getting chased down like her life was on the line. They definitely weren't any common biscuits; they could activate the yuki-onna's agro.

Rias glared at Sona, "You played your cards well".

"I didn't lie, you are my best friend, Rias" Sona was not about to admit her open scheming, after all, she did enjoy her conversation with Alana, a being from another world.

"Kaichou... what about me?" Tsubaki almost cried.

"Second best friend?".

And then she cried.

"How about we wrap up for tonight, girls? Have you all forgotten the main event?!~" Akeno clapped her hands and decided to ignore that her spot as Rias' best friend was being challenged.

The girls all perked up with a blush when Akeno took out something, and even Hannah's ears perked up.

"This new movie that just came out: Fifty Shades of Grey. We aren't here for the snacks, we're here for this~".

The girls whispered sallaciously to each other and began taking their spots on the sofa, switching off the lights. The confused Hannah was pulled in between by Rias and Akeno, who giggled with expectations. For them, this movie was 'training'.

"I am here for the snacks, though" Anna-chan had chased and caught Sona's bishop, but after a lot of complaints, she relented and let go of the box of otherworldly biscuits.

...

The movie started... it was about a woman who found herself in a wicked arrangement with a multimillionaire. A borderline lewd movie oriented to a rather... unique... audience. Akeno was having the time of her life, and she could already see herself as the woman and Ray as the man. It touched on topics of SM (Sado Masochism).

The girls all looked curious and excited, some of them overlapped the image of their teacher with that of the man. Soon, a lewd scent took over the room.

*RUMBLE!*

But there was someone in the room who wasn't quite enjoying it. Someone whose silent whimpers were unnoticed.

Hannah's eyes were opened like saucers, watching every frame in which the woman was mercilessly assaulted and inflicted pain, even when she didn't want to do it.

And memories began to resurface like reality was glitching. She felt shackles around her ankles and wrists, she felt her butt, her tits... every single part of her body began to feel like it itched, like she was being stung, struck.

She tried to scream, but couldn't... where the screams tried to come out, they were replaced by the moans of the woman in the movie.

'H-Help...'

The image of the man overlapped not with her beloved 'Baby' but with the image of a hideous old man that stared at her as if she were dead flesh, a disgusting person that brought from her feelings of wrath.

And that person wouldn't stop, no matter how much she pleaded. Eventually, it was too much to bear.

Rias felt a thud on her shoulder and saw Hannah lying there with her eyes closed, breathing slowly... too slowly.

Rias patted the girl's pink hair lovingly, "Sleep well, Hannah... you don't need to watch it if you don't want".

Little did she know, Hannah hadn't fallen asleep; she had passed out.
