Five days after the battle under the sea against the awakened serpent, Leviathan, the adventurers who participated in the battle triumphantly returned. The sad thing is that none of the adventurers can bring the body of the Leviathan back to land.
After its death, the Leviathan disintegrated into bubbles, leaving behind a lot of the scales and a few items that dropped afterward. The adventurers, of course, carried the scales back to land. With the recent battle against the serpent, these scales should suffice as a replacement material to repair the armor, weapons, and shields that got damaged and broken.
Despite the huge body of Leviathan being gone, at the very least, the expedition is successful, and the adventurers did not go home empty-handed, and managed to earn back the expenses for the whole expedition.
