Upon receiving the distress signals and confirming it was from inside Dimitri's belly, I immediately sent a telepathic message to Grandmaster Freidrick that I need to leave yet again, promising it would be the last for the current term since it is finally Dimitri's turn. I easily got the permission I needed to leave the academe grounds.
I quickly went to Void's room to ask if he wanted to go back with me to Tadhana again since I need to assist on another birth. He sleepily told me that he would stay since I will be back by the next day anyway. He went back to sleep in hos cozy bed afterwards.
When I came out of Void's room, Arthur was already attentively waiting by the door as if sending me off in good luck. I gave him the same kiss on the lips I gave to Void and instructed him to keep his pregnant housemate well-fed. He nodded enthusiastically with an evident blush on his face.
