[3rd POV]
While Lucifer was wondering what her daughters had been up to as she stepped through the portal back to her home, the rest of the Seven Kingdoms was once again in chaos. More specifically, Kings Landing was in Chaos.
The moment that she, Daenerys, and Alice had stepped through the portal back home (or to a new home in the case of Daenerys). The city of Kings Landing had rapidly begun to undergo changes. These changes had actually happened earlier on, but she had made it so that they would only "Watch" as it changed when she had left.
Which is what led to the current chaos. The fact that many of the five hundred thousand residents of the city (which was just a rough estimate, there might be even more people), had all watched as the once crumbling and shithole of a city, began to quite literally change before their eyes.
They watched with gasps and jaws dropped as the homes that they had lived in for many years, the homes that had been falling apart thanks to the lack of proper infrastructure and construction, was repairing before their very eyes. As if they were brand new, hell, a lot of them were even better than brand new.
Lucifer had added a ton of bonuses to the changes. The biggest of them was the fact that all the houses had been warped and changed so that they would have stable foundations that would not cause them problems in the long run. Just as she had fixed up problems inside of each of the houses.
Problems like the crumbling of floorboards, cracks in the walls, and things like that. All of it had been fixed like it was nothing, disappearing in moments after she had left.
They had watched as the grounds of Kings Landing that had previously been mostly dirt and mud, was warped and changed before their very eyes. As neat white stone replaced the previously muddy grounds, all of these stones were perfect, and some of the most uniform stone that any of them had ever seen.
Below Kings Landing, there was even more changes.
The sewer system that had previously been absolutely failing, was now good as new. The pipes and system had been reworked and repaired into a far better state, that meant that it would now work perfectly. Allowing for waste to be perfectly gotten rid of, and this time it would not be through dumping into the nearby ocean.
Instead it would all just...mysteriously disappear. She had given that a timeline though, and instead had subtly given a few papers out to certain farmers around Westeros that taught things like crop rotations, how to use manure to make good fertilizer, and stuff like that.
Most of them had went to the Riverlands, North, and the Vale. As the Westerlands and Reach could not be trusted with that information, as she knew for a fact that they would not spread it amongst their allies and others, but would hog it to themselves in order to make even more coin.
This would hopefully stop the huge problem with proper food, as the amount that the three kingdoms would be pumping out would more than make up for the difference and the problem should be gone within a few years hopefully.
Another thing that had changed below Kings Landing, was that all of the wildfire that had mysteriously been hidden down below in the tunnels by the Mad King Aerys, was not just...gone. As if it had never even been there in the first place.
On top of that, specific tunnels were now gone, as if they had never even been there in the first place. Blocked and sealed as if it had always been that way. This was something that would undoubtedly get noticed by Varys, but there was nothing that the man could do about it.
It would definitely hurt his spy ring and his ability to sneak around Kings Landing, but that was not her problem, but his.
The ports of Kings landing had miraculously gotten larger, with there being more space for ships now, and more space for people to actually walk on top of that.
There were also the new wells that had been placed around the city, that would give the public clean, fresh, drinking water. And even if one was to shit or piss in it, it would remain clean no matter what. Meaning it could also be used to bathe in certain areas.
The roads leading to Kings Landing had also been laid with the white stone, just like Kings landing had been. This would make traveling around far easier on those on horses and things like that.
The most notable change had been to the Red Keep.
It had been completely rejuvenated. The once dilapidated "Red" of the keep was now strong and noticeable once more. Being a deep blood red, that almost seemed to glow when the sun shone down upon it.
The castle was also larger, and had been warped in order to make up for the severely lacking defenses it had. Not only that, but it had been changed in order to make up for the fact that Kings Landing was never supposed to be the capital, but was instead just the place that they had built a momentary outpost/base of sorts.
Lucifer of course did all of this because Daenerys would be conquering it in the future, and she did not want her future daughter to live in a shit hole castle.
Even the Iron Throne had changed. Now warped from its show version to something a bit more similar to the books, but now so large and strange looking. Instead it just looked far more intimidating, and was definitely quite a bit larger.
Robert knew that more than anyone, considering he had been sitting on it as the changes had happened. One of the rare times that he was on it, mostly because his father in law was in town, and he had to show off his "Kingly" ways to the man.
He obviously did not want to do that, but he was forced to, and Jon Arryn was scary when he wanted to be. That and he respected the man far too much to ignore his words regarding it, even if he did ignore the man about things like whores and sex and drinking.
"What the bloody hell was that!?" Robert roared, as the changes finally stopped. He was trying his best not to gape like his wife was, who was openly looking around with wide eyes. Noticing that the walls were now inlaid with some sort of...golden gleam.
It was beautiful.
Before anyone could respond, the door to the room had billowed open, a guard swiftly walking in.
"What the hells are you doing?!"
"Pardon your grace! It's-It's just that the rest of Kings Landing has changed too!" The man said, being one of the personal guards of the Royal family. He was a gold cloak, but one of the genuinely good ones.
"Changed how?" Tywin asked, calm on the outside, but inwardly was just as shocked as Robert was. He was doing his best not to show that though, he had to keep up appearances after all.
"There's...a lot that we have noticed, my lord. The old dirt paths have changed into a white stone, all pathways are like it now. The old buildings that had been falling apart have been completely repaired. The Dragon Pit has been completely repaired as if it has never been destroyed. The ports have become larger somehow, and are now capable of holding what looks to be double its old capacity. The walls around the city have gotten larger, and have been repaired and warped into a similar stone to the ground. And that is all I have seen so far, my lord. I'm not entirely certain, but I believe that there may be other changes that we have not seen yet" The guard informed, lowering his head as he spoke in a long explanation.
At this explanation, Robert could only go silent for a few moments, before speaking the only truly correct response in this situation, and that was...
"...What?"
