Van Lundin looked at Jiang Chen and took a few steps back, clearly frightened.
Impossible. How could he be real? He's just a figment of my imagination; there's nothing to be afraid of.
Realizing this, Van Lundin immediately calmed down. He looked at Jiang Chen with a cold, mocking gaze.
And since Van Lundin knew he was in the Dream Realm, he wasn't afraid at all. Unless the Jiang Chen before him was an Incubus, it was impossible to be killed in the Dream Realm. No one else, not even Divine beings, could truly harm him there. Everyone dreams and encounters enemies in those dreams. Only those with the Incubus profession could kill an opponent within the Dream Realm. If others were killed in a dream, they would merely jolt awake in a cold sweat.
Van Lundin laughed. "You don't truly exist."
"Are you thinking that I won't kill you in the Dream Realm, that you think I'm just a figment of your imagination?" Jiang Chen asked.
