"What…?" Mulan was thoroughly confused.
"I see," Beiye said, "After sending so many young minds to insanity, Mam wouldn't remember my brother anymore. You wouldn't know a single person who has played your game and slipped into the darkness."
Beiye played another video of another similar young man hospitalized in a room, looking blankly at the ceiling. Then there was another video of a young teen girl. The videos kept coming that left Mulan only more and more perplexed.
"Beiye, stop it-"
"Do you know what is common among all these young, bright people who are now laying on a hospital bed, barely able to recognize their families?" Beiye looked up at her, her gaze slowly seething with an untold fury. "They all played your game."
