As the sun rose above the horizon, the crimson light faded along with the hordes of monsters.
Despite barely any sunlight filtering through the thick clouds, the monsters still preferred to spend the days indoors.
Adam surmised it was the time they chose to rest. Opposite to what the humans preferred.
"You're sure you're ready to move?" Luca asked.
He feared that, given Adam's current state, the latter wouldn't be able to travel far.
"I'm ready," Adam answered with confidence.
Despite having no artifacts or even leather armor on, he was more than ready to venture outside. His health may have deteriorated due to the week-long torture, but that didn't matter. His mana reserves were full again.
As for his health, he was sure that it would recover in just a few more days as long as he kept his belly full and got plentiful rest.
Luca silently looked at him.
Seeing that, Adam scoffed. "Don't worry. I won't be a hindrance."
Luca sighed. "Very well then."
