Two overlapping walls of oscillating mana were generated to deflect all the incoming projectiles. Adam gritted his teeth as his feet dug trenches in the ground, pushing him back.
Just as he managed to block the last of the projectiles, a pale claw shot straight through the [Great Barrier], disrupting Adam's defenses.
"You're annoying," Sanguina growled as she broke through Adam's defenses.
She took a step forward, delivered a right jab to Adam's stomach, a left jab to his sternum, and a right upper cut to his jaw.
Adam's body was hurled into the air as he spat mouthfuls of blood.
Immediately after, Luca stepped forward and hacked at the Mistress of Blood with the Winter Blade. Sanguina conjured two curved blades manifested from her blood magic and began a dance of violence with him.
