Seeing the pills, her mind buzzed. Could she be that unlucky?
Li Mingxi was very nervous. Those were the birth control pills she hadn't finished, always kept in her bag, and somehow they had fallen out.
Li Mingxi could only pray that Xiao Lang wouldn't pay attention, wouldn't think they were hers.
"Did you drop these?" Xiao Lang asked her, bending down to pick up the pills.
"They're not mine!" Li Mingxi quickly denied, her whole body tense.
Xiao Lang picked up the pills and saw the name on them — they were birth control pills!
"They're not mine, throw them away, don't pick them up randomly!" Li Mingxi said, pretending to be calm, but her heart was pounding with anxiety.
But Xiao Lang didn't listen to her, his expression changed.
It became very dark, very cold...
Li Mingxi's blood, following his gaze, was also turning cold.
Xiao Lang lifted his eyes slightly, looking at her: "Have you been taking these all along?"
"I already said, they're not mine!"
