Chapter 397: Painting!
"Phew—!"
Luke sat on the bed and let out a long breath.
He carefully stowed the camera—which he'd tossed aside during their "battle"—into his portable pocket. Only then did he have a moment to think about other things.
The camera was filled with precious memories: photos of him posing while Sara took the shots.
She had even brought over several special outfits and a few props from her own room next door.
Though she claimed they were merely references for her painting, Luke remained skeptical.
Thinking of Sara, Luke shifted his gaze and searched the room for their unexpected spectator.
A quick glance was enough to find the young painter sitting on her chair.
Five or six easels of different sizes surrounded her. From Luke's angle, he could see that some pieces were finished, while others were half-completed failures.
Judging from their unfinished state, Luke changing poses had clearly ruined them.
Sara herself remained completely focused on the canvas in front of her.
Luke walked over without making a sound and leaned forward to look.
The painting showed Luke and Edelweiss resting together after their long intense night, capturing the quiet intimacy of its final moments.
From the looks of it, the piece was almost complete.
