The crystal ball enveloping the Dusk Palace rapidly cracked like melting ice, with large chunks of crystal falling into the bottomless pit below. No sound of heavy objects landing was heard for a long time; these large crystal pieces seemed to be swallowed by the pit beneath the Dusk Palace.
Soon, the crystals on the stone bridge and the Dusk Palace disappeared, along with over four hundred Contractors.
What do these over four hundred Contractors represent? They represent that nearly five out of nine Adventure groups from Reincarnation Paradise were wiped out, and the remaining four were more than half dead or injured. Of these, the most unfortunate were two groups, with one left with only 5 members, and another with 16 members, turning from Medium-Sized Adventure Groups into small Adventure Groups.
