After the tornado hit, the next thing I felt was that we were being pulled into another pocket dimension.
[How many pocket dimensions does this world even have?] Rihito grumbled.
I looked around and realised I was alone in the ruins of some ancient city. Crumbling walls and cracked roads, littered with debris, surrounded me. The city felt more like a ghost town than anything else. The distant castle at its center only intensified this eerie feeling.
"Just where in the hell am I?" Rihito used
Just as Rihito was about to jump and search from the air, his senses detected movement. Before him, multiple grim reaper-like beings emerged from the ground, as if straight out of an RPG game. Each wielded a scythe and wore a menacing glare.
I drew my upgraded Muramasa and swung, cutting through them like a hot knife through butter.
"Out of my way!"

On the other side of this ruined city, Remia and Shea were facing similar monsters.
Shea swung her Drucken with powerful, improved movements, crushing, breaking, and sending them flying like rag dolls.
Boom!
Remia also used her new gauntlets, given to her by Rihito. The gauntlets pulsed with mana as she punched through the monster's face, targeting the joints and dismantling it. But the monsters kept coming, nonstop.
"Remia, get behind me," Shea warned, and changed her Drucken to a rocket launcher.
"TAKE THIS!!!"
Multiple missiles with different elements flew, blasting through the swarm of monsters, obliterating them and the surrounding area.
"Remia, we should get going," she pointed towards the castle at the center.
"Myu, where are you?" Remia whispers in worry, hoping her daughter is safe.
In other parts of the city, Hajime, Shizuku, and others were split up and dealing with similar monsters.
"Draconic thunder."
With a booming thunderous sound, Yue unleashed a large thunderbolt shaped like a dragon, which split into smaller dragon-like strikes, striking down the monsters.
Booom!
Crackle! Crackle!
Kaori, too, from behind, used her light magic to fire a focused, concentrated beam of light and took down multiple monsters. But even then, she couldn't take out all of them at once.
Yue's powerful spell spread across the area, eliminating the remaining monsters, while her thunder dragons decisively defeated them.
Kaori sighed, finally getting time to breathe.
"You have improved quite a bit," Yue commented after finishing the last batch of monsters.
"I had to, or I would have fallen behind. If I didn't, Rihito would push me till I did." Kaori shuddered, remembering her time in the boot camp.
"We need to get going," you pointed at the distant castle in the view.
From the other side of the ruined city, Shizuku and Tio were heading towards the castle after dealing with the monsters on their side.
"Others are likely to head there as well," Tio pointed out.
Shizuku sheathed her katana. "We should hurry up and meet everyone. I had a bad feeling about this place."
Booom!
From a distance, a flash of light and the sound of booming thunder echoed.
"That thunder? Yue's spell probably causes it. This way," Tio said, leading the way.

The first thing Myu did when she found herself alone with Levy in this place was to use her storage pendant to retrieve the gun and short sword that Rihito had given her.
"Kyu?"
Her gaze was vigilant as she cautiously looked through the ruined city, seeing no one except Levy. She remembered Rihito's instructions and acted on them, holding her weapon tight; she was ready to face anything until her papa, mama, big brother, and big sisters found her.
"Levy, keep an eye out,"
"Kyu!"
Myu started walking around, trying to find them. But as far as she can see, she finds nothing but debris here.
"Levy, did you find anything?"
"Kyu," Levy shook her head in denial.
Myu gazed at the castle, contemplating whether she should search there.
She imagined her mama and papa searching for her, so going to the large castle should make it easier for them.
"Levy, let's go there," Myu said, pointing. "No matter what, we will find everyone." Myu's words were filled with determination.
"Kyu!" Levy cooed, matching her spirit.
[Hurry, child of the sea.]
Myu jumped in surprise, pointing her gun and sword at the surroundings.
"W-who is there?" she softly asked, both scared and cautious.
"Kyu?" Levy too looked around, noticing Myu's cautiousness.
"I said, ' Who is that?" Myu called out. Inwardly, she felt the voice to be familiar.
[Make haste, for there is no time. Danger approaches.]
"Wait, you are the voice I had heard before. Are you that whale?"
[You must find your brethren, child of the sea. Go to the strong.]
"Eh? You mean Mama and Papa?" Myu thought the whale wanted her to meet someone strong, referring to her papa, mama, big brother, and big sisters.
"Which way should I go?" She asked.
[I am sorry.]
Myu contemplated those vague words and gazed at the distant castle. Unable to think of anything else, she decided to go there.
"Let's go, Levy."
"Kyu?"
Both of them made their way towards the castle.
"Hey, Mr Whale, why have you brought us here? What do you need us to do?" She asked the voice and tried to understand the situation.
[I seek two creators who have the power to leave a proof of time. Two people from different times, yet in the same place at the same moment, bring them to me. Those who are on par with the master.]
"I see, so I have to find Papa and others and also some other people who are also here?"
Levy looked at her with confusion, seeing her talking to herself.
"Kyu?" Who is she talking to?
[Hurry up, my child, the danger is near.]
"Danger?"
"Khrraaa," Levy suddenly snarled, looking towards the left front corner.
She then noticed a large, three-headed, dark, dog-like creature standing with its pack of smaller dogs, each with a single head. It appeared to be the pack's alpha.
The alpha's middle head snarled back as the other head ordered the pack to surround them.
Seeing the danger ahead, she was slightly scared, but she controlled herself; her papa had trained her for moments like this. "You all are going down."
Myu aimed her gun at the larger three-headed dog and fired, targeting the leader first. The Mana bullet hit the creature's middle head, taking it out.
"Graaaar!" The last two heads howled in pain and anger. With another howl, the pack charged forward.
Levy growled and unleashed her breath attack, a powerful jet of water blasting through the pack, while Myu poured her mana into the gun to keep firing.
Bang!
Bang!
Bang!
Both of them defeat many monsters, further angering the alpha, who is unable to hold itself back. The alpha attacks.
Levy used its breath attack and tried to blast the alpha off, but it somehow dodged and aimed at Myu.
"Graa!"
Before it could reach Myu, the pendant began to glow with mana, forming a barrier that blasted the alpha back with a shockwave. From the pendant emerged three golems. The first golem carried a sword and a long shield; the second also held a shield and was equipped with an energy gun. The last golem fought bare-handed and was equipped with shoulder-mounted missiles. Their eyes glowed as they scanned the area.
The three golems focused on the group of creatures. The first golem charged forward, effortlessly slicing through them. The second golem unleashed targeted blasts at the pack. Meanwhile, the last golem stood guard, ready to launch missiles if necessary.
Myu and Levy watched as the golems brutally and systematically destroyed the whole pack.
[Hurry up, child, time is running out.] The urgency in the voice was palpable.
The two golems who defeated the monster pack stood near Myu. "Thank you for helping me," Myu smiled at them. Seeing no threat, all three golems returned to the pendant.
"They went back?" Myu looked at her pendant.
[Hurry, my child.]
"Ah, yes! Let's go, Levy." Myu began to run towards the castle with determination.

On the other side of the city, up in the air, Tohru saw the flash of lightning, but instead of heading there, she was heading towards the tower. She sniffed the wind, her eyes narrowing. "There you are, master," she murmured.
High in the sky, Rihito watched the battlefield unfold. Myu wielded a gun and a sword, while Levy was accompanied by three golems. Each golem continuously scanned the area, eliminating the monsters.
"You are here," Rihito said, his voice calm as his eyes met Tohru's.
"Yes. Were you waiting for me?" she asked, her tone eager. "Let's go."
Before she could fly off, I stopped her.
"I have to check something," he said, his voice low, almost thoughtful. "I want you to stay with Myu."
Tohru hesitated, then nodded. "Okay."
"There's another group nearby," Rihito added, his eyes narrowing as he scanned the area.
"Are they a threat? Do you want me to eliminate them?"
"No." He paused, his lips curling into a faint, unreadable smile. "But… maybe hit the blonde girl hard, torment her a little. Then heal her with a potion right after."
Tohru blinked, tilting her head. "Um… alright? I'll do that."
Rihito noticed that the golem had returned to the pendant as Myu approached the group of four.
His eyes were fixed on the blond-haired girl. The sight of her made his hand twitch; he felt an urge to go over and punch her smug face hard.
