"What do you mean I'm owing you a million gold coins?" I finally found my voice and then I quickly jerked free from his grip. "And what do you mean you paid my debtors? You're lying."


He folded his hands over me and eyed me down closely. "Didn't your father have a debt? Of over a million gold coins to some thugs?" 


I set my hand against my throat unable to believe any of this. 


"I have told you already red." He replied smartly. "This is now my pack. I am the acting Alpha. There is nothing you can hide from me."
