With Verdell and Valerie setting off on their journey to hunt down monster to complete the final parts of Valerie's class advancement quest with more than enough supplies to last several months without having to return to any of the cities established by the guild throughout the northern frontier, time slowly began flowing uninterrupted and it had soon been a month since the two had set off from the city.
During this time, Verdell and Valerie had relatively little to no interaction with adventures beyond a few they encountered at different established outpost and hiding places that had been set up by other adventurers wandering through the snow-covered region. Taking full advantage of these short interactions with other adventurers to learn about what had happened to the group of adventurers who had originally schemed to try and seize the crystal bunny with everyone else lending them a hand in the process.
