-3rd POV-
"Let's join hands as one of us has fallen. May Welt find peace in the afterlife," Spoke Otto as he clapped his hands together as if praying; the others followed along.
"I'm not dead, dumbass!" Yelled Welt in annoyance as he was literally sitting right next to Otto.
"Well, Himeko did almost kill you," Otto retorted with a teasing grin.
Otto was currently eating breakfast before they left for the plane to Japan, and Welt?
He's currently a half-burnt piece of bacon. He was using his [Truth] to heal himself by destroying his dead flesh and then remaking whatever he needed to get back to full health.
Of course, wounds like these should usually be easily healable. But because what Himeko used to burn his ass wasn't [Incinerate Anthem], but her Herrscher [Fire], the healing process was slowed down.
And as he healed, Himeko just ate her food aggressively while staring at Welt with fury.
Himeko looks even more mad than Otto for getting cock blocked.
Otto was, of course, mad, but the drama made everything worth it; it's like watching a reality drama show live.
The only ones that actually knew what happened were Otto, Welt, Himeko, and Lavinia, so the other just looked at them weirdly, rubbing it off as some sort of early morning friend quarrel.
-Scene Change-
In the building of Kuoh Airport, multiple people can be seen walking and rushing through its halls. Either receiving friends and family or going away for a business trip.
"Damnit, why are they so late!" Said a red-haired heiress in annoyance.
"Please be quiet, Rias. I don't have the energy for you today, and it's not their fault that their plane was delayed by an hour," retorted a black-haired girl with glasses. Today was the day that the supposed exchange students were supposed to arrive. As the student council president, it was her duty to help the newer students get accommodated at Kuoh.
Of course, when Rias heard this, she insisted on coming so that she could see her mortal enemy, the man who had prevented her from seeing anime for years. BIG mistake on Sona's part.
Sona said that it was fine and she would go alone to receive them, but Rias insisted on going with her.
Sona herself knows just how stubborn her friend can be, so she gave up on stopping her.
"There he is, that...bastard!" Rias said with anger initially, but it seemed to melt into a face full of...shock?
Sona looked over where her shocked friend was looking to see what had her in such a state, but she soon understood why.
The only words that she could describe them as were beautiful and handsome.
There they were, casually walking side by side.
Their visuals were out of this world, so much so that even the people from the airport stopped what they were just doing to see them.
And the clothes that they wore pulled the whole look together.
But the ones that took the cake from them all were Otto, Himeko, and Welt.
Otto had his long blond hair, fair skin, and green eyes. He wears a black turtleneck with a white coat embellished with green and golden accents, with a long, green scarf tied around his left forearm. He wears white pants and black boots with gold buttons and black soles. He has a black tassel on the back right side of his coat. Everything about his outfit and his looks made all the women salivate just by looking at him.
If only they knew that he was just 17.

Himeko wore a white, sleeveless toga gown dress with a sweetheart neckline and straps that wrap around her neck. The dress is lined with red, embellished with golden laurels around her waist, and has a high slit along the right side that exposes her legs. She also wears a black coat on her right arm with white ruffles coming out of the sleeves. The coat is lined with gold and has various gold and rose decorations, with one being given by Otto to her when they were little back in Italy. Himeko wears multiple accessories, including a black choker with a golden rose, a golden earring in her right ear, black and gold bracelets on her left wrist, and a short black glove on her right hand. She also wears a black mini skirt with dangling black flowers, and black heels.
Her beauty and red hair made Sona wonder if she was Rias's distant cousin or long-lost sister.
Close, but she was looking at the wrong person.

The third one wasn't as flashy as the other two, but his charm was undeniable. Welt wore a dress shirt, pants, a scarf, a belt, and a long coat. His scarf, pants, and shoes are all black, while his shirt and inner coat are white. His gray coat also has stripes of black in the front, and some on the inner fabric. He wears glasses, but he doesn't need them as his eyesight is fine. He just put them on because Otto said he looked better with them on.
The casual clothes combined with the sophisticated aura around him made him incredibly handsome, even more than he naturally was, despite being a man of science.

Rias managed to snap out of her stupor as Rias ran towards Otto as if she were charging towards her nemesis
"Otto!!!" She yelled.
Otto's gang looked at him as they wondered how Otto had already angered this red-haired woman without ever speaking a word to her.
"Titty psycho..." muttered Otto under his breath in annoyance.
As Rias finally arrived near Otto, she pulled back her fist, ready to fight. "I shall reclaim what should have been rightfully mine!!"
Otto rolled his eyes at her antics and held Rias back by her head.
Rias swung towards him as Otto held her in place, unmoved, but a bit amused.
"Is this how you greet someone after you haven't seen them in years, Rias?"
"I'm not friends with a man who denied me years of 40k anime!!" She exclaimed as she continued to swing.
Of course, Rias isn't weak; she is a high-class devil, but that's only by title since she's devil nobility. At most, she's at upper mid-class in strength, while Otto's strength was beyond hers.
Otto let go of Rias's head and stepped to the side, allowing Rias to trip and fall to the floor.
Rias immediately got up and swung at Otto again. "I can't give up, not now!" She claimed as her eyes burned with fire and determination.
"Oh God, she's speaking like a shounen protagonist," groaned Otto with exasperation as he held her back by the head once again.
Both Rias and Sona winced a bit since it hurts when someone says God's name in their presence; it's a thing that happens to all lesser power devils. Rias ignored the pain and continued to fight for all that's good in the world.
40k anime that is.
"All these years, I've been haunted by the memories of 40k slipping through my hands right in front of me. Each day I kept thinking, 'What if I weren't so weak?' Could I have done something? Would things have been different? Could I have stopped you? You, Otto Apocalypse, took it away from me! It was all I ever wanted, and you took it away without a shred of mercy!" Said Rias as a dramatic tear ran down her eye
Otto, on the other hand, was rather impressed by Rias's speech; it really sounded like something a protagonist would say after they had their childhood friend killed right in front of them.
An evil smile soon dawned upon Otto's mouth as he felt like joining the roleplay.
"Olga" Ordered Otto.
Before Rias could react, she was held back by her arms by Olga.
"Hahaha! Don't tell me that's all, Rias!? Your pain and suffering have stirred my long-becalmed heart. Filling it with a...joy that I have not known for years! I had thought that the tantalizing kiss of your suffering a dream forever, ever out of reach. And now that its sweet ruin courses through my veins, I shall not be quick to relinquish it!!!" Exclaimed Otto as he spread his hands wide in a dramatic manner.

Rias struggled to get out of Olga's hold as she looked at Otto with hate.
Otto clapped his hands as Rita came and handed him a computer. Turning it on revealed the incredible imagery that the computer could do now. The quality was so good that the anime didn't look like anime, but a real-life movie.
Rias looked at the computer with a salivating mouth. She could already imagine the image quality of her anime on the computer right in front of her.
Otto moved his hand on the pad as he turned on an anime watching site, "Now, which anime should I watch, Rias? There's Drag-so Ball, One Piece, Bleach-"
"One piece!" Said Rias with excitement, not caring anymore that she was being held back by an absolute stranger.
"One piece it is then~" Said Otto as he pressed play on the first episode.
As the episode began to play, Rias became amazed with the quality and right now nothing could ruin...this...moment.
"W-wait, what are you doing!?" Yelled Rias as Otto moved at an angle that didn't allow her to watch the screen of the computer.
"Well, I asked you what anime 'I' should watch after all, Muahahahah!!!! You fell for it, Rias! You truly are stupid~."
"Noooooo!!! Otto, you bastard!" Shouted Rias as full-on tears started to stream down her face.
As both Rias and Otto had their battle of good and evil, the peanut gallery, which includes Sona, looked at both of them with deadpan eyes.
All this time, she was worried for her friend, especially when the girl grabbed her from behind, but it seems like her worries were unfounded. In fact, she felt like joining Otto to see her friend suffer a little bit more.
