One night, Ye Lantian refused to go back to rest and stayed by He Longze's side.

She got up to pour a glass of water, gulped it down, stood by the window for a couple of seconds, and then turned back to smile at him.
"Are you shy?" He Longze teased her as he looked at her.
She did feel shy, embarrassed to face him, which is why she got up and walked away.
It's already midnight, doesn't she want to sleep?
There was obviously a family lounge next door, but he pretended not to know, unwilling to mention it, hoping he could coax her into coming to bed.
