Ding Long hummed without making much verbal expression, got up and went into the bathroom. By the time he came out, Ding Jinshi was already awake and was staring at him.
"Did taking the medicine help your cold? If it hasn't gotten better, you might as well go get a shot," Ding Jinshi asked with a smile.
"It's a bit better." Ding Long knew well that Ding Jinshi was being petty, still holding a grudge from when he had insisted she get a shot years ago. "Go wash your face; I'll take you to eat," he continued.
Ding Jinshi softly acknowledged and got off the bed to go into the bathroom. While she was washing her face, Ding Long's assistant knocked on the room door, which Ding Long opened.
Seeing Ding Long inside, the assistant gave a smug smile, "I knew I couldn't find the boss in his room, but I'd definitely find him in his sister-in-law's room!"
"Yes, clever," Ding Long generously praised.
