One week later
Wednesday,February 20
Today I'm heading over to a gym, and i do not get pummeled in the face by a vampire. I only have gotten a few bruises but that's all. Totally worth it, keeps me on my toes, now granted I weigh about 150 maybe 155 that's it. But most of this is half muscle. My arms look like gummy worm arms but I'm a fighter and a hugger.
Hour later
This is across town, so I live on the other side of town. But it's worth it, and I haven't seen any of them in over a month. These guys are my friends what do you expect.
" hey Rachel." I waved hi, " hey." Walking over to the others, " happy belated birthday rave." I blushed, " thanks guys." I heard Elijah, " well I didn't expect you to be here." I replied, " neither did I. How are you?" He said, " blowing off steam."
I said, " what did he do now?" He replied, " he has kidnapped Hayley." I said, " okay no offense but Klaus is a idiot." He said, " I would think of something worse." I felt my eyes go wide. " also happy belated birthday." I smiled, " thanks Elijah. Also we might have a small situation."
He looked to me, " what do you mean" I said, " i'll explain later."
Seven hours later
4:00pm
" Rachel, before you go. Please explain about the topic you said earlier?" I said, " yeah. There was another animal attack last night. Cheshire." He asked, " but he's dead?"
I said, " I don't know if it's a copycat or what, but cami seen it at the scene the other night." He said, " okay. Hang on this is not making any sense." I said, " I know. But we're keeping an eye out for anything."
My house
We now have a copycat killer on our hands, but I invited Elijah over, to explain this whole situation along with my sister cami.
Front room
" hello my little raven." I blushed when he hug attacked me from behind, I smiled, " hi." He said, " do you know when your sister or Elijah will be here?" I heard a doorbell " right now."
He went to get the door, I took a sip of my monster, " cami." I gave my sister a hug, " glad your not dead again," she punched me in the shoulder, " that's really great you are alive Camille." I smiled, " I'm very happy about it." So we explained to Elijah what happened, " it has to be a copycat. Lucien is dead. Nicklaus staked him in the heart."
I said, " okay, but wait, no. That isn't possible." Elijah asked, " what are you thinking?" I said still questioning, " you don't think that the witch ancestors you know?" I kind of motioned a position from a zombie coming back from the dead, " that just looks like a bad wake up position." I sighed, " you don't think he came back from the dead do you?"
There faces went pale, cami got a call on her phone, " what? Okay I'll be there in five." I asked, " what is it?" She said, " I just got a call from Vincent." I asked, " what did he say?" He said, " they have Lucien in custody." I said, " I drive." I grabbed my jacket, and keys, " come on."
Eric grabbed my arm, and no offense I flipped him over my shoulder, " damn!" I then realized what happened. I helped him up, " I am so sorry are you okay?" He said, " I will be. Damn babe." I kissed him, " be back later. Don't rip each others throats out."
New Orleans police station
We got to the station, she seen Vincent, " explain to me how that f**ker is alive." He said, " it's because he didn't necessarily die." I said, " so he came back from the dead?" He nodded, cami said, " I wanna speak to him." I said, " I'm going with."
Vincent didn't argue. I heard what he tried to do. He deserves to be in a f**king insane asylum.
Questioning
He looked over, " well well, isn't this a surprise." He's weak, frail. " Camille O'Connell. You know I never expected you to still be alive." She snapped, " yeah, and yet I'm here." Good girl. " and who might you be her accomplice?"
I laughed, " oh no. How about this, why don't you tell us how you are alive." He said, " I still can't believe it. Oh wait I can." I growled, " Lucien I wouldn't piss her off if I were you." I giggled, darling I'm just mad as a hatter.
" why not she's just a mere human being. Probably a worthless-" I snapped, " tell us how the hell you are alive you s**k bastard." I had fury in my eyes, he flashed his fangs at me, I grabbed his hand and twisted it to a breaking point, " tell us or I break your hand."
He snatched his hand back. " I'm alive because I am getting a second chance." I muttered, " f**king witches." He smiled sarcastically, " and there's your answer darling." I said, " okay. So what, davina is dead still, and you killed my sister. Because you were a power hungry prick."
He laughed, " tell me your name miss." I snapped, " go to hell." He asked, " easy, I'm just asking a simple question." I growled, " the names raven Angelica. Cami over here is my little sister." She said, " no I'm the older sister." He said, " well, this is not what I expected." I said, " what else do you know?"
He said, " that there are others trying to break an original sire bond." I slammed my fist on the table, " that prophecy died when you were killed. And sadly along with davina. You should of stayed dead!"
I can't take it anymore. I got out of my chair and punched the wall. It caused a break.
