Ursula Solomon looked bewildered: "Daughter? What daughter? Where do we have a daughter?"
Hearing her mother say such things, Claudia Ross was so aggrieved that she was about to cry.
Was her existence truly so insignificant?
Tabby Teller looked in surprise at Claudia Ross, whose eyes were turning red, and mumbled, "She says she's our daughter..."
"What?" Ursula Solomon quickly walked over and carefully scrutinized Claudia Ross: "I don't recognize her."
Ursula Solomon added, "Take off your mask and let me see."
Claudia Ross, worried about scaring Ursula Solomon, didn't dare take off her mask and said with a muffled voice, slightly tearful, "It doesn't matter if you don't recognize me."
After saying that, she turned and left, not wanting to be a third wheel here.
Leaving the ward, Claudia Ross tilted her face up, trying hard to keep her eyes wide open, preventing the tears from falling.
Once she calmed down, she went to find Mrs. Perry, but couldn't find her anywhere.
