Valentine Teller hadn't yet walked out of the hotel entrance when she heard a sweet voice calling from behind: "Valentine Teller, Valentine Teller..."
The voice sounded somewhat familiar, yet not entirely so.
She turned her head and saw a stylishly dressed beauty enthusiastically waving at her from five meters away.
Valentine stared at her for a moment before recognizing the heavily made-up woman: "Mollie Willy? Mollie Willy... is that really you?"
The two women embraced tightly in the hotel lobby, eyes glistening with tears.
"Valentine Teller, is it really you?" Mollie Willy lifted her head, cupped Valentine's face, and fixed her gaze on the person before her. After four years apart, except for her shorter hair, nothing had changed. It felt as if time had reversed, as if they were back in their university days.
"It's me, Mollie. It's been four years. How have you been?"
