Sitting down next to mom, Madison Barton asked with a smile, "Is this TV drama good?"
No one answered. Madison was already used to it.
Her parents hadn't spoken to her for a long time.
Madison's eyes were on the TV, as if she were talking to it, "Tomorrow my boyfriend is bringing his parents over for a visit, so don't go out."
"No time," her father replied coldly.
"Not having time won't do, you must be home. I've managed to get a new boyfriend, and you won't even meet his family? Are you hoping I'll never get married?"
Madison hugged her mother's arm, shaking it repeatedly, acting spoiled: "Mom, you must be home waiting for them. They're coming over at ten o'clock. Have Aunt Chen make more dishes, and let's keep them for lunch at our place!"
"A new boyfriend?" Her parents exchanged a glance. Could it be true that their daughter really came to her senses?
Smiles appeared on their faces, filled with interest in the potential future son-in-law.
