The Villa was 3000 sq.ft three storey house same as that of hermione which was right next to it. After signing the agreement of buying house they went to book store. Harry bought All Language and Literature Books taught in from Kindergarten to graduation mainly of English, Chinese and Latin.
Seeing so many books James almost fainted and asked what's the use of so many muggle books upon which harry answered

Hearing this the couple took a deep look at their child and sighed. Back to home everything began as usual except that the reading and understanding speed of harry was simply inhuman days passed by months passed by and harry has mastered all three languages and it's literature upto graduation.

Harry was also bored with this monotonus life so he simply expressed his thoughts about going to live in the new house one month before his second birthday to which the couple simply agreed.
They came to house for living as decided and bought Cable TV, Refrigerator, AC ventilation, Other electrical appliances and of course a car.
Granger Family also got to know them well and of course 2 years old little loli hermione who can only speak two words at the same time. Grangers were also shocked to find that a child little youger than their baby daughter can speak fluently in 3 languages at the same time without a mistake.
Soon the two families formed friendship and grangers also learned that their baby daughter will also become a wizard like little harry. They also learned that magic was real because of harry's various playings such as the things he touches will dissappear and appear at his will even food which was stored hot remained same.
