"You're making it easy for me...my foot, you're only adding more to my problems and how will I explain everything to Iris?" Ryan asked.
"You don't have to explain anything to her... I kny you like her but I can't let you destroy what I have built for years over some stupid obsession about your wife." The king stated firmly.
"I don't care what you think I'm doing what's best for this kingdom and that is to get married to Isabella once the child is born."
"So you expect everyone to believe this lie and what about Iris her life will be ruined." Ryan said as he pinched the skin between his brows.
"It's none of my business, I'll let you keep the child but know that it won't be the rightful heir to the throne, the child you and Tiana give birth to will become the heir." The king stated as Ryan frowned.
"You can't take that right away from my child." Ryan argued as the king scoffed.
"It's for the best, I'll call Tiana's parents about the plan and I'm sure they'll agree since it's going to benefit them to."
"And Tiana? Will she agree to marry me after everything?" Ryan asked coldly, staring at his father knowing very well that Tiana loved somebody else.
"Why won't she? She's in love with you and will be ready to tie the knot if you just say yes." The king smiled.
"No, I will only marry Tiana if she says yes with her very own mouth." Ryan said firmly.
"Fine, I'll call the meeting soon."
"Get ready my son because in the next seven months you'll be married to the right partner." The king chuckled.

"My lady!" Amber called as Iris stood there blankly staring at the door which was seperating them from the king and the crown prince. Iris couldn't believe that after everything, he just wanted to marry someone else. She knew it was just a contract between them but when the child came along he'd promised to take care of both of them but it was all just a lie, he wanted to take her child away from her.
Iris held her belly protectively as she turned to face Amber who looked worried.
"My lady!" Amber said softly as tears streamed down Iris' face.
"It's fine maybe the prince has a plan, he won't intentionally hurt you." Amber said trying to calm her down.
"You heard what he said, he's going to marry someone else and take away my child." Iris laughed bitterly.
"He can get married to anyone that he likes but I won't let him take away my child Amber...I won't ever." Iris said as she held Amber hands tightly, crying.
"I won't let anyone take away your child, I promise you." Amber said as she patted her on the back.
"I want to leave this place now!" Iris said as Amber looked at her worried.
"You can't the doctor said that the baby is not stable to be moving around publicly." Amber tried to explain but Iris wasn't having it.
"I'm leaving and if you truly care about me you'll come with me." Iris said as she wiped her tears with the back of her palm and ran out of the room.
