One after another, the Elders came forward and gave them odd trinkets, unusual resources, and other items they thought that Karl and Dana would like.
They had forsaken the usual gifts of accessories and weapons, which would just be laughable as gifts to the Clan's greatest allied craftsmen. So, that left them to get creative when they were trying to find ways to impress the new Elders.
But by far, the best received gifts were the plethora of magical alcohols from the Brewmaster, and the buffet from the kitchen Elder.
There was nothing else that could really compare to those two when it came to party favours.
The Captains of the Elven merchant vessels offered Karl something slightly different.
They had managed to find a nascent wind stone on one of the southern islands, a rare Elemental Stone the size of Dana's fist. It was weak, barely formed, but to the Blue Elves this was a true treasure.
