Robin's plan is simple as Butler is already aware of the fact that someone knows their place as the letter was missing and now Robin thinks they can take advantage of that fact

But again for this, they needed to get Usopp to agree to become bait considering the risk it can be said that Usopp most likely would be in danger
But this plan is solid because Butler who is now scheming for a year won't let his hard work be in vain for an ant like this
Meaning as long as he got scent of this then Butler definitely will try to catch Usopp to kill so that he could silence him
Then they can expose him and as for how they gonna expose this to Kaya, Robin already thought it and knows the solution
It's already known to them that due to a medical condition, Kaya can't go out which is why they needed to expose this directly to Kaya
Even though Robin already expected that Butler would probably try to end Usopp's life in some place where no one comes
And this is where Yoriichi comes into the place as she knows Yoriichi is very knowledgeable about medicines
Even though Yoriichi says that but Robin knows by any means it's ordinary knowledge since Yoriichi's common sense isn't common as well as she is living with Yoriichi, which gives her insight about how profound His knowledge is in medicine
And now he can do stuff which normal doctors can do, which is why she wants him a medicine for illusion she knows he is capable of this
As long medicine is ready then they can use it on him in order to play with Butler's mind but for that, Yoriichi needed to make the medicine
And for materials, they already got multiple herbs they got from other islands which Yoriichi used to make medicines based on illness and if he needed something else then they would buy it too
She knows Yorrichi won't like this which is why she also needed to convince him too since she knows Yoriichi's character and knows this is like deceiving someone which Yoriichi won't like
Robin knows this might be the best plan for now and knows it would definitely work if both Usopp and Yoriichi are willing to work
After she explained the details of this plan to all of them she waited for them to tell her their thoughts and wanted to know what they wanna say
"It's fine" Yoriichi replied as yoriichi agreed to this, even though he might sound hypocritical right now but he agreed to Robin right now
Even though he dont like the fact that he gonna deceive someone but he knows this is to save an innocent life
Which is the reason he agreed as normal means won't work since they already tried it and he also thinks that Robin's plan is more better than his earlier plan which failed
As for making that medicine? Which Robin is talking about, Yoriichi actually know how to make it and it is not difficult as even though he needed a few items but it's easy to find, so it's not an issue
As for making time? It's not long as he could make at least 2 doses of that medicine till tomorrow which should be plenty enough
"Really?" Robin couldn't help but ask this as she really didnt expect Yoriichi to agree so easily which is really pleasantly surprised as now the only thing that remains is to get Usopp's response
She originally thought that it would be harder to convince Yoriichi compared to Usopp since Usopp's friend is involved, not his which is why she thought Yoriichi wouldn't agree due to his principles but it seems she was worrying for nothing

Yoriichi nodded his head as he verified what he just said and agreed to this plan since he himself dont have any better plan now, so it would be better to follow her arrangements
"I-I a-also agr-agreed" Usopp replied in a shuddering tone as her words got broken due to fear and it is normal considering the fact that he is not really a brave person
Even though he is still afraid he is willing to do it for his friend which is really commendable That's what others thought right now
Usopp realised that this time he might really be killed he still knows it's better to be brave than be cowardly for his friend
"So what about me? Should I need to do anything?" Nami asked this as both of them got their tasks in the plan and wanna know if there's something Robin wants her to do
"Just stick with me, I will tell you later" Robin said this as both Usopp and Yoriichi got important tasks which is why she needed to explain it to them, and ask them to be ready in advance
As for Nami and Robin their work isn't hard as they just needed to set the bait and in order to set the bait they just need to spread rumours and considering her brains and Nami's quick wit, it won't be hard to do such an easy task
'Hopefully this time everything will go according to plan' Robin inwardly said this in her mind as she hoped that this time the plan would go as they wanted
