Chapter 1 - CHAPTER 1: Main character.

*Chapter 1 – The Curse Awakens*

A very, very long time ago—before the age of steel, before the first city rose from the mud—humanity stumbled upon a force that would shape the world forever. It began as a whisper in the blood, a restless energy that grew with each generation. The first tribes called it _the Curse_, for it came without warning and left only ash in its wake. Those who bore it felt it gnaw at their bones, a slow‑burning fire that devoured from the inside out. Whole villages fell, their people dying before their time, the curse passing like a dark inheritance to the next generation.

Centuries passed. The curse did not fade; it learned. A handful of the afflicted discovered they could bend the restless power, coaxing it into shapes of light and strength. They became the first _Cursed_, wielding abilities that could heal a wound with a touch or split stone with a thought. Over millennia the curse evolved, its lethal edge dulling as humanity learned to understand its true nature. By the time the great libraries of the old world catalogued the phenomenon, the curse was no longer a death sentence—it was a source of wonder, a tool for medicine, agriculture, and technology. Techniques were passed down like heirlooms, and every child born with the mark was taught to master the surge before it consumed them.

_The modern day._

(THE MODERN DAY)

The sky over the city was a pale, indifferent blue, the kind that made the neon signs of the downtown district look like fireflies trapped in glass. A boy age 17, walking on his way to school. He wore dark purple long, sleeve, with dark purple slim trouser and black sneakers. He had shiny white hair and light blue eyes, and with a blue school bag on his back and with his hands in his pocket.

Some distance ahead of the mysterious kid in white hair to his right, there was a cafe. A girl looking around his age was carrying 3 boxes, one stacked on top of the other and with the sticker FRAGILE pasted on it in red. She was struggling to carry the 3 boxes all at once as she was struggling to carry the 3 boxes all at once as she was turning to the left, then to the right trying hard to balance so it won't fall as she entered the cafe. But she failed, she took a step forward unknown to her about the small piddle before her. The girl slipped throwing the 3 boxes high into the air as she fell down to the ground completely.

*CRASH*

She crashed to the ground and like in slow-motion, raising her head up to watch as the boxes slowly got closer and closer to crashing into the ground. The girl stared at them helplessly as she was never going to be fast enough to catch them on time before it gets to the ground. She was sure they were gone, and she has lost her job.

Before the boxes could get to the ground, just about 7 inches before impact with the ground. The girl eyes widened in shock of what she saw, the boxes just stopped in mid air assive time paused. It slowly started floating back up and and staying afloat in the air. It was all like a dream to the young lady as she was completely dumb struck with the weird impossible scene which just occurred. A handsome figure in white hair walked slowly towards her, he stopped directly in front of her. The girl raised her head to look at him, and was immediately memorized by his beauty. As she looked into his fascinating eyes, the girl raised her head to look at him, staring straight into his light blue eyes with an unbelieved expression on her face. As it took her breath away as she stared and got lost in his eyes.

" Are you okay "

The mysterious handsome figure asked.
