"Is this about Hailey? She called me last night after your date. Very sweet of you to set up a picnic." Kathrine said, catching me off guard. I took her hand and stroked it affectionately.
"I know you wanted to check out anyone I date that is human, so I thought I should let you know... Sorry you had to learn from her, you should have been told right away, but the timing has been off recently."
Kathrine giggled. "Oh it's fine darling, I have known about Hailey's feelings about you for ages, I just forgot to tell you when I became yours. Simple mistake. Hailey is very inexperienced though, so go slow, be safe and do not use her throat like you do mine. She will die. Was there anything else you wanted to tell me darling?"
