I watched as the ship took off. Tamara, Francesca and Morrgan must have given me the slip and made it back to the ship, the latter I wasn't too fussed about, I didn't want to give the man more opportunities to give me bad touch, but the other two I definitely would have liked to say goodbye to.
I stood alone, Nerissa and Rhapso forced to attend some Praetorian gathering, even though they weren't actively a part of the order anymore, and Sithrik was taking a well earned nap. With my free time, I decided to go for a walk to clear my thoughts. I had a lot to think about the future after all.
My walk was short before I began to think about one thing.
Food.
I had just realised that I hadn't eaten since yesterday. All that fighting, all that blocking and thrusting. I might not have been injured, but I was still human, barely, but still fundamentally meaning I still had to resort to energy in and out.
