I looked down at our hands with a blank expression on my face.
Her fingers were wrapped around mine, and the coldness spreading from her palm felt unnatural.

Before I could ask anything else, the world around me suddenly began to distort.
The sky disappeared, the clouds disappeared, and even the ground beneath my feet vanished.
My vision turned completely white.
I instinctively tried to pull my hand away, but Amunet held on tightly.
"Don't resist." Her voice came from somewhere beside me. "Just follow me, please."
I stopped struggling, and the white light slowly faded, and I found myself standing somewhere completely different.
It was a... sea of golden crops of wheat.
No matter where I looked, all I saw was endless golden wheat that filled the entire space.
