Chapter 12 - Tragedy Strikes the Kingdom

012#

As Andy's eyes scanned the popularity chart, he couldn't believe his eyes. The entire room was shocked to see the top five names. And there it was, in bold:

1. Andy Collins – 27 points | 2. Thomas Raksom – 22 points | 3. Luxter Stones – 20 points | 4. Francis Leonhart – 19 points | 5. Ilugin Olrick – 18 points

Turning to Kevin, Andy was perplexed and asked, "How did I end up in number one?". Kevin was equally surprised and asked, "What did you do last night to move up in the rankings, Andy?".

Andy was as puzzled as everyone present in the brothel. He couldn't understand his sudden rise in popularity. The rest of the room buzzed with whispers and comments, all focused on Andy's surprising rise. The news spread quickly throughout the prison, causing envy and curiosity among the inmates.

Kevin was eager to unravel the mystery and insisted, "Come on, Andy, who did you fuck last night?" He was desperate to understand how Andy had become so popular overnight. There was only one answer - Andy must have had a relationship with someone high up in the Kingdom, which justified his monstrous rise.

Andy, his memories hazy and fragmented like shattered glass, stood among the stunned prisoners in the torch-lit ranking hall, his voice cutting through the shocked murmurs. "I fucked the Three Heroines from the newspaper," he declared, recounting his debut in the brothel's shadowed chambers, where he had tangled with those three newspaper heroines—fierce, unyielding forces of flesh and fire. Kevin, standing nearby with the rest of the crowd, his face twisted in shock, gray eyes widening beneath those crowded eyebrows. How in name of Goddess Veldra had this cocky kid survived his first clash with those three beasts?

Returning to the present moment, Kevin suggested, "Let's go to my cell, where we can talk without interruption." He realized that Andy could get into trouble if he lingered too long in the ranking hall with the other slaves.Arriving at Kevin's cell, they settled in.

Andy asked, "Why am I in stall number one?" Kevin answered truthfully, his voice laced with amazement at Andy's survival with the heroines. "You've fucked the strongest group of adventurers of the present day, which leads to a rise in rank. But being number one right now doesn't suit you, boy."

"Doesn't that mean I'll get better treatment in this dump?" Andy asked.

Kevin nodded slowly. "Yes, but it's not in your best interest. Some of the men below the top five might try to hurt you, and a few in the top five could want you eliminated. Talk to one of the guards or maids here—ask why you were ranked that way. There may have been a mistake."

Andy now understood the prisoners' resentment over the treatment they received, especially since he was the newcomer. The women of this world were lethal; he had learned that the hard way the day before. Any man who tasted what he craved dreamed of escape—some were even willing to kill for a single chance at freedom.

"Who should I watch out for?" Andy asked, leaning in.

Kevin lowered his voice. "Two names in the top five have a reputation for removing anyone who threatens their position: Luxter and Ilugin. No hard proof, just whispers."

Luxter remained an enigma to Andy. Kevin had said the man held first place last month, with Ilugin clinging to fifth. But how dangerous were they, really? Andy couldn't shake the question.

"Tell me more about them," Andy asked, his curiosity fully piqued.

"Well, there's not much to tell about either of them they don't get along because of their opposing natures. Instead of residing in the common area, they live in the Isolation Zone, an icy cell where conflicted prisoners are taken for special re-education and only come out when they have to fuck old ladies to earn points. Ilugin is a burly man of orc-human mixed race, and had a past known for being captured by hunters and considered 'defective'. He was subsequently sold to Roxanne. On the other hand, Luxter's origins are unknown as he is not very talkative." explained Kevin.

Curious, Andy asked, 'Are they both 'defective'?'

Kevin clarified: 'Indeed they are, but don't let that confuse you. Despite that, they have managed to ally themselves with certain maids and brothel guards to carry out acts of violence against men. Therefore, you must be careful." Andy understood the importance of escaping the brothel as soon as possible, but he also wanted to understand this world better.

'Where are the 'talented' men?" asked Andy, curious.

The "Talented" or "Awakened" are the people who were born with magical powers as opposed to the "Defective" ones.

"They are currently engaged in the war against the elven nation of the Greenwoods," Kevin replied. "Our kingdom lacks manpower and most of the men are on the battlefield defending our land. There are only a handful of trained men left to protect the nobility; that's one of the reasons women come to this brothel, as their husbands are not around to please them."

In other words, thanks to the ongoing war between the Murks and the Greenwoods, the brothel is making more profit.

"I see," Andy acknowledged, taking a moment to digest the information. Then, with a determined look, he turned to Kevin and asked, "If I manage to organize our escape, will you escape with me?"

Kevin looked at him sceptically. "Escaping from here is considered impossible: how do you plan to accomplish that?".

Determined, Andy replied, "I have already established an alliance with one of the guards. I can provide valuable information in exchange for my semen."

Kevin laughed, impressed. "You've only just arrived and you've already made an ally. You're remarkable, young man. But why do you want me to come with you?"

"Consider it an act of kindness on my part. Don't you want to see your family again?" asked Andy.

Kevin remained serious and replied, "I came here for the sake of my family. Besides, they expect me to return with money. If I go back with nothing, I will be a total disappointment. I'm sorry, but I have to stay." He shook his head and said with determination, distancing himself from Andy's risky plan, "Do what you have to do, but don't count me in on your escape plans."

"I understand," Andy acknowledged, realizing that their conversation was going nowhere. He got up from his seat and walked away, leaving Kevin alone in his cell with today's newspaper he had received from a guard in exchange for 50 silver coins. Kevin began to read it when something caught his attention. Before Andy left the cell, Kevin interrupted him and said, "Wait a minute, young man!". Andy turned around, hoping that Kevin had changed his mind. But that wasn't it Kevin handed him the newspaper, the front page of which showed a photograph of the three heroines who had raped him yesterday, accompanied by the headline above it, "The three heroines called the Three Burning Vagins who defeated the Dragon King were found dead this morning."
