Han Lie came out of the gym at exactly 8 o'clock, just as he was about to head back, when Pan Ge suddenly sprang out from nowhere.
"Surprise!"
She stood with her hands behind her back, swaying them playfully, her smile blooming like a flower on her face, utterly radiant.
Han Lie was a bit stunned. "How did you get here?"
"I'm checking in on you!" Pan Ge retorted, full of bold confidence, her expression a mix of pride and mischievousness.
So Han Lie got it. She must have been bored and came to act cute with me, huh?
He immediately wrapped his arms around her and kissed her forehead firmly.
"Alright then, let's go. We should get a room so I can give you a thorough inspection."
"PAH!"
She had been quite pleased when he kissed her, but she wasn't happy about being teased.
"Who wants to inspect your what-what? I just came to see if you've been flirting with any foreign beauties..."
