Meiyi First High School.
In a senior class of the high school, a middle-aged man with white hair, wearing an ancient long robe and with a scholarly appearance, stood on the podium, hands behind his back, nodding as he lectured.
This was Zhu Xi.
The Grandmaster of Neo-Confucianism, known as the Saint of the Confucian Sect.
"People are born of their parents, so for anyone, parents are heaven and earth; any word from parents must not be disobeyed, or else one is not worthy to be human!"
Zhu Xi said calmly, still advocating his traditional Neo-Confucianism, believing this is what people should follow, this is the principle of heaven, this is everything!
In his understanding, those who defy Neo-Confucian principles aren't human!
"Teacher, I have a question."
A boy stood up in the classroom, looking at Zhu Xi, and said, "You just said that we must not disobey any words from our parents, but what if what they say is wrong?"
