In a corner near the edge of the exhibition hall, there's an inconspicuous glass case containing a blood-red coral tree. This is the Blood Coral.
In terms of individual size, this Blood Coral isn't particularly large. It's highly collectible due to its rarity and impeccable preservation.
Among hundreds of exhibits, the Blood Coral, in terms of value, pales in comparison to national treasures and is nowhere near the level of the Orchid Pavilion Preface.
If one item could be lost from these hundreds of exhibits, many would consider the Blood Coral a suitable choice…
Perhaps for this reason, the Blood Coral's exhibition spot is not particularly ideal, located in a relatively remote corner, with only a not-so-robust glass case for protection.
With such security measures, even a casual thief could easily steal this Blood Coral…
