Demer Holt rented the Sanctuary meeting room under his own name.
The dungeon already possessed that name. Giving an inn clerk a false one would not change the visitor record created when Demer entered Crag Mountain. It would only add a lie to information the Dungeon Master could verify.
The declared purpose required more care.

No guild name appeared on the reservation. Nine people arrived separately during the following hour and presented the room token rather than asking for Demer. The last two entered together after walking past the inn once to see whether anyone watched the door.
The room contained one table, twelve chairs, a wash basin, and walls protected against casual listening. Sanctuary rules remained printed beside the inner latch. Weapons could not be used against another person. Damage to the room or attempts to defeat its privacy wards would result in removal and penalties.
The protection made the meeting safer.
