Earlier, the Dream Building Platform had investigated Shangguan Linlang and was naturally aware of how she was taken away by Du Le and later 'fell' into Luo Lei's hands.
However, the Dream Building Platform never 'really intervened', because for Si He, Shangguan Linlang, who couldn't even 'freely control' her memory, wasn't his target.
Si He was waiting for Luo Lei to 'make a move', as he understood Luo Lei's intentions.
Although, to some extent, Si He didn't quite agree with some of Luo Lei's actions, since both of their 'goals' coincided in wanting 'to awaken' Shangguan Linlang, Si He wouldn't intentionally 'block' Luo Lei.
Despite Luo Lei's somewhat... insane behavior at times, Si He believed Luo Lei possessed the necessary rationality and restraint.
Given the target was Shangguan Linlang, Si He believed that Luo Lei wouldn't go too far.
