The third layer of the void was growing faintly crowded.
The void was immensely vast; even though the Demon Emperors were large enough to block out the sun, they only occupied a tiny corner of it.
Yet their auras were overwhelming, as if each of them bore the weight of an entire world. Their presence seemed boundless, creating an unmatched sense of oppression.
The Fire Ancestor looked at the demonic flames drifting about in the void and suddenly let out a sigh. "Is it really worth it to fight to this extent?"
"As long as we can win, it has meaning!" Ye Huang replied.
The Fire Ancestor said, "All your subjects are dead. Even if you win, so what?"
Ye Huang's tone was calm and indifferent. "Winning is winning. There's no 'so what.' As long as we live, the Demon Race exists!"
A similar conversation had taken place many years ago, on the very land of Demon Sea Island.
Back then, no one had convinced anyone else.
