Linda had just walked out the door when it slammed shut behind her with a "bang." She paused, turned her head to look at the closed door, her pretty face dark as the bottom of a pot.
Wei Anning crouched down by the peephole, seeing Linda leave with a sullen face. She glanced at the pastries in her hand, snorted coldly, turned into the living room, and mercilessly threw them into the trash can as she passed by.
She clapped her hands, hummed a tune, and leisurely returned to the master bedroom, took a shower, changed clothes, and grabbed her bag to go out.
The servant chased out, seeing her changing shoes at the entrance, hurriedly asked, "Madam, are you going out?"
Wei Anning had just dealt with a love rival, so she was in a good mood. She nodded, tucked the hair falling behind her ear, and said lightly, "I'm going downstairs, and I'll go to the kindergarten to pick up Chenchen on the way."
"Okay."
