His laughter spread the moment he reached ten metres of the slimes; their bodies jiggled and sprayed countless magic spears at him.

Asmodeus slowed.
Then swung his halberd.

With an eruption of sheer force, his halberd destroyed the spells, leaving a puff of smoke! The black and white letters across the edge and shaft shimmered, devouring all mana and portions of divine and abyssal energies.
He glanced at the three slimes and then smiled.
The upper body of the leading Slime vanished with a C-shaped hole.
