Synopsis: Poet & Ice Ren are training Judah and Micah. The two greatest crewmates versus the unconventional duo. Which side will win?
Note: Fenrir is removed. All of the new cards are unbalanced. So I did some debuff work. That's all.
OP: Black And White.
In a stadium, Rouga & Alec are facing each other. Both fighters stare with determination. It's currently Alec's attack phase.
Alec: Magma Horus. Finish him off.
Magma attacks.
Rouga: I cast. Battle Aura Circle. (Blocks)
Alec: Darn it...However, he has no cards remaining. I can win this.
Rouga: Cast. Survival Chance. (Draws 2 cards) Cast. Battle Spirit Burst. Increase power.
All of Rouga's Cards powered up, leaving Alec surprised.
Rouga: And I cast. Deep Qigong of the Hungry Wolf. (Ability)
Alec: 10 Life !?
Rouga: And with Kijin Demon Slay, I draw a card. Cerberus. Destroy Voltic Ra.
Cerberus: (Attacks) You're Mine.
Alec: Cast. Holy Grail. (Blocks)
Rouga: Jinn. Follow Him.
Jinn: May My Master's Wish come true.
Alec: Cast. Power of Mythology.
Rouga: You may have the numbers, but I'd say those numbers... (attacks and destroys) are false digits.
Voltic Ra is defeated, and Alec grunts.
Rouga: (Attacks) Double attack.
Alec's Life: 10 -> 6
Rouga: Final Phase.
Alec becomes shocked.
Rouga: Cast. True Ultimate Battle Skill, Terra Demon Slay. (Attacks)
Ion: Kijin Demon Slay now has a whopping critical of 13. And what's more is that it can't be stopped at all.
Rouga: This will finish you.
Rouga strikes his axe and shatters Alexandre Ankh in one strike. In the blink of an eye, Alec's flag is destroyed.
Ion: Game End. Winner. Rouga Aragami.
The Crowd Cheers.
Ion: Alexandre Ankh, nicknamed the Ace of Legend, lost to the infamous Rouga Aragami. As a result, he's out, leaving our final 8 decided.
Takokichi: We will see you in three weeks for the final round, folks. Stay tuned.
Alec: No wonder they call him the "wolf"....(sigh) Next time, I won't lose.
Rouga: (Thought) We'll see. But for now, I need to prepare for the worst.
A brief flash occurs and results in a tag fight stadium. This time, four fighters are gathered.
???: Raise the Flag.
???: Legend World.
???: Dragon World.
Poet: Judah. Micah. I know you two are famous. But take note that we're not going easy on you both.
Judah & Micah: Right. (Vibe) We're the greatest crewmates. We're the greatest crewmates.
Ice: (Awkward Smile) I'll give them enthusiasm, that's for sure. (Ponders, thought) Come to think of it. Why isn't Micah using his Ancient World Deck? But oh well...
Poet: Just a heads up. I'll take the first move. Then Judah. Ice Ren. And finally Micah. That being said. Draw. Charge and Draw. I equip Poet's Blade, Gar Lance. (Equips a golden lance)
Judah: Hang on. Isn't a poet supposed to have some sort of harp?
Poet: A poet does more than write poems and songs. Well, for me at least, then again...(attacks Judah) Here's a little example.
Judah: OWWW.
Judah's Life: 10 -> 7
Poet: My turn is now over.
Judah: Okay, that hurt. Draw. Charge and Draw. Equip. Finest Dragonblade, Dragobrave. (equips a new Dragobave) Here goes. (Attacks Poet)
Poet Ren's Life: 9 -> 7
Judah: My turn is now over.
Ice: My move. But before that, Micah, where's your Ancient World deck?
Micah: I kinda want to try something new for today. And I kinda bought some new packs so...
Ice: Oh, I see. Draw. Charge and Draw. First, I call Icecat to the center.
IceCat: (Appears) Here I am.
Ice: When placed, I add one spell to my hand. In exchange, I discard a hand card. (Discards) Great Spell, Eternal Fimbulwinter. (Set) Set.
Micah: Fimbulwinter?
Ice: Consider this an upgrade of the original Fimbulwinter card. IceCat, attack, Judah.
IceCat hits, and Judah screamed, "WHY ME?".
Judah's Life: 6 -> 5
Ice: I'll save the rest for later. Your Move, Micah.
Micah: Okay. Draw. Charge and Draw. Equip. Calvary Dragon, Hyper Hyperion.
Micah equips a Dragon Knight Armor while being carried by a new and evolved blue Hyperion.
Micah: Yeah!!! I'm a Dragon Knight, baby!!! And I call Dragon Knight, Maximum Maximilian, to the left. (Maximilian appears) With its ability, I discard the top 3 cards of my deck. I get to add one Dragon Knight among them to my hand. (Adds a Dragon Knight Spell) Calling another Maximilian to the right.
Micah then once again activates his ability and adds another Dragon Knight to his hand.
Micah: I cast. Dragon Knight's Assemble. Discarding the top 3 cards of my deck. And I gain 1 life for each Dragon Knight revealed. Since all 3 are Dragon Knights, I gain 3 life and draw a card.
Poet: (Ponders, thought) Interesting.
Micah: The Maximilian on the left. Attack IceCat.
Maximilian attacks.
Micah: When there are more than 5 Dragon Knights in the dropzone, I deal 1 damage to Poet Ren.
Poet receives 1 damage, and Maximilian defeats IceCat.
IceCat: Aww man. (Destroyed)
Ice: Fimbulwinter's effect. When a monster is destroyed, it loses a soul card.
Poet: And that's not all. When a monster is destroyed, Gar Lance deals 1 damage to Micah. (Strikes)
Micah: (Being hit) Ergh...Okay. The Maximilian on the right. Attack Garga. And 1 damage to Ice Ren.
Ice: (Struck) Ergh. I cast. Holy grail. (Blocks)
Micah: My turn. (Attacks) Hyperion's effect. I discard even more cards from my deck. I gain 1 gauge, and its attack cannot be nullified.
Ice braces itself and takes damage.
Ice Ren's Life: 10 -> 7
Poet: (Thought) If he needed 5, then why did he send so many into the drop?
Micah: I cast.
Poet: Huh?
Micah: Call of Dracula!!!
The Spell glows bright scarlet red, and a card is being summoned at will with scarlet flames shooting out of it. The Maximilian on the right is also destroyed.
Micah: By paying 2 gauge and 1 life, I summon the most powerful Dragon Knight. I buddycall to the right, Ultimate Dragon Knight, Vlad Dracula "Bloodthirst".
Vlad: (appears) I am the Blood. I am a Knight. I am Vlad Dracula!!! Bloodthirst!!! (Laughs Out Loud)
Ice and Poet are shocked.
Poet: Whoa. Now that's a Dracula.
Micah: Call of Dracula also places the destroyed Maximilian into Dracula's soul. And it normally requires 4 gauge to summon it. He gains 1 critical for each Dragon Knight in the dropzone. I counted 10, so he now has 10 critical.
Ice and Poet are shocked.
Ice: WHAT?
Poet: So that's why he sent so many to the drop.
Ice: (awkward smile) For once, Judah's right. Red is Sus.
Judah: Yeah.
Micah: (Bratty) Can you not? Anyways, Vlad Dracula also gains double attack. His attacks cannot be nullified either.
Poet: (To Ice) He's onto us.
Ice: (Nods) Mmhm.
Micah: Vlad Dracula. Attack Poet Ren.
Vlad Dracula charges his sword with scarlet flames.
Vlad Dracula: Gloria...BloodThirst. (Attacks full blast)
The attack goes forth at a slightly afraid Poet Ren as he watches the attack striking at him.
Poet: Uh Oh...
Ice: I cast. Light of Guidance. (Reduce Damage) We can't nullify, but we can still reduce your damage.
Micah: Then I might as well attack you instead. Vlad Dracula, Double attack.
Vlad Dracula attacks again at Ice Ren.
Poet: My turn. Cast. Poet Ren's Lancing Strike. I pay 2 gauge & 1 life, and Vlad's critical is reduced by 3.
Micah: WHAT?
Poet's Item glows bright, and he goes in front at high speed and starts multi poking Vlad Dracula, much to his dismay, as the monster blocks.
Poet: (Stops, to Poet Ren) Iron sharpens Iron.
Ice: And Brother sharpens Brother.
Micah: (Childish) No!!! This was meant to be my moment. Why. (Whines)
While Micah whines, Ice and Poet react awkwardly as they stand there together, just looking at him.
Poet: Okay...(To Ice) Though you still took damage thanks to Vlad's attack.
Ice Ren's Life: 3
Ice: Don't worry about it.
Micah: Hmph. You got off easy. My turn is now over.
Ice: (To Poet) It's your turn now. Go.
Poet: (Jumps back to his spot, lands) Draw. Charge and Draw. Set spell. A poet's embassy. I call PoetDog to the left.
PoetDog: (Appears) This Dog's gonna roll.
Poet: I gain 2 gauge and since I have Gar-Lance on the field, Judah loses 2 gauge.
Judah: What?
Judah's gauge is reduced.
Poet: I cast. Elixir of Aesculapius. (Ability) I then buddycall Garga to the right.
Poet's Garga appears. And then Poet holds a card and smiles.
Poet: Did you both ever wonder what it's like being a Draknight?
Judah: (confused) No? Why?
Poet: Being a Draknight is more than just being Hou's Brothers or having actual powers. It's about being someone willing to do the impossible.
Micah: What does that mean?
Poet: With knowledge, diligence, and a bit of luck, even the faintest brink of despair turns to hope. And with hope, (reveals his card) the impossible becomes possible. (The card glows) Behold.
Poet glows bright, blinding both Micah and Judah. Meanwhile, Ice is watching it while smiling. Poet transforms into his true form, which is him wearing a revolution uniform. Blue-white trench coat with buttons, white shirt on the inside, red belt, black boots, yellow epaulletes on the shoulders. There's a bunch of writing pads and quills floating around him, too.
Poet: I am Express and Fence, Poet Ren..."Dionysus"!!! (Strikes a pose)
Micah and Judah are shocked.
Judah: Whoa!!! He's fancy.
Poet: It's not much, but this is my true form. And I harness the power of Dionysus, the god of Poetry. (British accent) To be or not to be. Wherefore art thou my enemy?
Was the question, once, a sea inside of me—
Ice: (Interrupts) Bro. This isn't a stage play.
Poet: Ack. Don't be a heckler. I can release this form when I have less than 6 life. My cards can't be destroyed, leave the field, and abilities cannot be nullified. En Garde, PoetDog. Attack Vlad Dracula.
PoetDog attacks.
Micah: Wait, but PoetDog has 0 power.
PoetDog lands and howls. He glows bright and attacks.
Poet: When PoetDog attacks a card, he gains the opposing card's defense. Meaning he now has 10000 power.
Micah: What? Then I'll activate Vlad Dracula's effect. I return 3 Dragon Knights from my dropzone to my deck. Increasing his defense by 10000.
Vlad Dracula begins to Aura Farm. But somehow, the attack still hits??? Vlad Dracula revives with Soulguard.
Micah: But How???
Poet: PoetDog's ability still applies, even when you increase your defense. Higher defense, higher power.
Note: The ability only lasts until the end of the card's battle. And LostDog gets destroyed at the end of battle.
Micah: No Way.
Poet: A fencer fights in order to even the odds. When a monster is destroyed, Embassy lets me draw a card. And with my ability, 1 damage to you. (Throws a blade)
Micah is pierced.
Poet: Garga, attack Vlad too.
Micah: One more time.
Garga's attack did not hit and he attacks again. Micah uses Vlad's ability for a third time.
Poet: It's time. G-EVO activate. Change. Might of Lances, Gargantua L'manberg.
Garga immediately changes to his Poet Form. The weapons behind him disappeared. Like Poet Ren, he wears a Lmanburg uniform. Judah & Micah are surprised.
Judah: (freaks out) Why are you guys so fancy today??? Also, can I have one of your outfits?
Poet: Clothes make the man, Judah. When Gargantua Lmanberg enters play, Just like PoetDog, He gains Vlad Dracula's defense.
Note: G-EVO means his defense also increases by the same amount.
Poet: And seeing that you're running low on Dragon Knights, Lmanberg, attack Vlad Dracula.
Lmanberg attacks by moving left and right, and all of a sudden, he appears behind Vlad and is about to land a slash.
Micah: I cast. Blue Dragon Shield. (Blocks) Just because I'm out doesn't mean I'm down.
Poet: But you triggered Lmanberg's ability. When its attack doesn't hit, it stands. And since a monster is destroyed this turn, 1 damage to you.
Lmanberg also throws a blade at Micah, which hits.
Poet: Lmanberg. One more time.
Micah: I cast. Dragonic Loop.
Vlad vanishes to Micah's Hand.
Poet: Once more. (Stands Lmanburg)
Judah: Oh boy. He doesn't stop, does he?
Ice: It's because just like Hou, he keeps going until he makes his point.
Lmaberg attacks for a third time and hits. Poet also attacks and hits.
Poet: Final Sprint. Since I had attacked, and you have no monsters on your field, all of my cards stand back up.
All of Poet's forces stand back up. Much to Micah's defense. Judah prepares to step in until Micah suddenly holds his hand.
Micah: Don't.
Judah: Huh?
Micah: Let me take the hit.
Judah: But.
Micah: Just win this for me. (Salutes)
Judah notices this in shock and salutes back. Garga attacks again and hits. Micah is out.
Poet: One down. Judah, I'm coming for you next. (Attacks)
Judah's Life: 5 -> 3
Poet: It's a shame I'm out of gauge. My turn is over.
Ice: (Thought) Hmm...Could Micah purposely take the hit, or was it because he's out of spells...let's see what Judah can do.
Judah: Okay. Prepare yourself for the big guns. Draw. Charge and Draw. Thanks for dropping my life points because I get to cast Dragonic Charge Plus.
Judah's Gauge: 1 -> 6
Judah: And now, here comes the party. I buddycall to the right.
Ultimate Thunder Knights Leader, Halberd Dragon.
Halberd: (Appears in his new form) I am Halberd Dragon. The New Leader of the Thunder Knights. I am the one who shall lead my buddy to victory.
Ice: Halberd, huh? Okay, Judah Nelson, show me what you can do.
Judah: With Pleasure. Now that my life points are less than 5, Dragobrave gains 9000 power and double attack. I then call Thunder Knights, Broadsword "Braver" to the left.
Broadsword appears in a new form.
Judah: Broadsword increases the critical of Thunder Knights by 1. And with Halberd's effect, they also gain double attack. Halberd. Attack Poet Ren.
Halberd attacks and hits. He attacks again.
Poet: I cast. Shield of Achilles. (Blocks)
Judah: Broadsword. Go.
Broadsword: (Strikes) Thunderclap Burst.
Poet is hit.
Poet: Ergh. (To Ice) Ice. The rest is up to you.
Broadsword now targets Ice Ren.
Ice: I cast. Ice Ren's Freezing Storm. (Pays 1 gauge and discards a hand card)
Ice Ren creates a freezing wind through his bare hands and blasts at the opponent. The Wind bursts forth and stops Judah's Forces in its tracks, including his item. Judah is shocked.
Ice: Not only does it stop an attack. But since I only have 1 card left, your cards cannot go further.
Judah: Aww, come on!!!
Micah: That is so cold-blooded.
Ice: I can't let you finish me off that easily. Draw. Charge and Draw. I activate Fimbulwinter's ability. Now that it has no soul cards, I gain 1 gauge and draw.
Micah: Wait, what? Didn't it have 2 soul cards left a moment ago?
Ice: When Maximillion and Vlad Dracula were out, so were the two soul cards.
Micah: WHAT?
A flashback reveals the moments when the two cards are out. Micah is jaw-dropped.
Ice: Sorry, not sorry. I buddycall Garga to the right.
Ice Ren's Garga appears.
Ice: Successive Cast. Symbel Gard. Elixir of Aesculapius. (Increase resources) Now it's my turn. (Holds out a card) Behold.
Suddenly, Ice Ren is wrapped in an Ice tornado. The entire environment went super cold and windy. Everyone but Ice Ren blocks themselves from the wind. As the tornado weaves, a man with an Ice Cloak and an Ice Suit emerges. He wears an Ice Crown while wielding an Ice staff.
Ice: I am FrostBite, Ice Ren..."BOREAS". (Yells loudly)
Once again, everyone's shocked.
Judah: You too???
Ice: Indeed. I have harnessed the power of Boreas, the God of North Winds and Winter. Judah Nelson, you shall be the first to experience eternal winter.
Judah: Well, coldness is in my blood. I can take whatever comes my way.
Ice: Is that so? Then I'll say one thing. I am entering my attack phase right now.
Judah: Huh? Uh, okay, then I'll move Halberd to the center. (Halberd moves) When Halberd moves, I deal 2 damage to the opponent and I gain 2 life.
Halberd lights up his trident, and thunder strikes at the opponent. But Ice Ren uses his staff to freeze the attack???
Ice: No Use. During my turn, I can't take effect damage.
Judah: What? Then I cast Dragonic Heal Plus. I increase my life by 5. (Ability) I'll survive your attacks, no problem.
Ice: Pride goes before a fall, Judah Nelson. G-EVO Activate. Change, Subzero, Gargantua Ice Blizzard.
Garga changes to his Ice Form. His armor, as it implies in his name, is as cold as ice. He also wields an Ice Staff and an Ice Cape. Even his crown is made of Ice. Judah's shocked.
Ice: Impressive, huh? When placed, I get to add a spell to my hand. When entered by G-EVO, all of my cards gain 1 critical. (Ability) And now that Fimbulwinter is out of soul cards, my true power is hereby unleashed.
Judah: What?
Micah: Huh?
Ice: I pay 3 gauge and 2 life points and CAST. Ultimate Great Spell, Raganrok REBORN.
Suddenly, the entire Environment turned Icy and chilly. The winds become stronger as they rush through everyone. Everyone is attempting to block themselves from the wind and snow.
Judah: Wha....what's going on?
Ice: I can only cast this spell when Fimbulwinter is out of souls. With this, all Player's Cards are hereby discarded, including their hand. Abilities are null and void.
Immediately, Everyone's Monsters, Items, Spells, and Hand Cards turned to Ice and were shattered.
Halberd: I'm sorry...Master!!! (Destroyed)
Micah & Judah: Halberd!!!
Ice: Indeed. Welcome to eternal winter. Normally, my cards should be shattered too, but thanks to Ice Blizzard, they are not. And thanks to Ragnarok reborn, my life points become 10.
Ice Ren's Life: 10
Judah: No Way!!!
Ice: (smirks) Garga. Show him your power. And with no cards in hand, you gain triple attack.
Judah: TRIPLE ATTACK???
Garga attacks three times, and they all hit.
Ice: This is...(Summons Sharp Icicles) MY (Strikes) POWER.
Judah: (Hit) AHHHHHHHHH.
Judah's flag is destroyed.
Poet: Let's Go. We Won.
Micah: Aww man...
Judah: They're skilled...
Later, Sunset Arrived.
Judah: AAARGHHH, How did we lose??? We're the greatest crewmates, man.
Micah: I know. I demand a rematch. Right Now. You hear me? Right now.
Poet: Sorry, but it's getting late. Besides, we did warn you that we're not holding back.
Micah: Aww...But either way, it was a good match.
Judah: Yeah, what he said.
Ice: Although Micah, when Garga attacked earlier, why didn't you defend?
Micah: Oh uh...I kinda thought that even if I defend, Poet would still deal damage to me. So I took the hit.
Poet: Ahhh...Well, either way, I can see that you guys attempted to rush us beforehand. Which is really good but also reckless.
Judah: You both are strong, so obviously, we have to take you out first.
Micah: Otherwise, you would've bombed us like earlier.
Poet: True. But it's also important to consider your opponent's movements. It's like Chess.
Ice: Don't worry, you guys did well. And I'll tell you something. Keep training, and someday, even you two can harness the power of the Gods.
Judah: For Real?
Micah: Nah.
Poet: He's telling the truth. But before that, let's get some dinner. I'm hungry.
Ice: Okay, then tonight's meal will be on me. My treat.
All: Nice.
They all walk home.
Ice: Some Steak?
Judah: Nah, I'm thinking some turkey.
Micah: Oh, Oh. Some Salad.
Judah: No. Turkey.
Poet: Cool it, guys. We can go for both.
