During the rematch of the prodigies...
"So you're their only healer" Reeane an enemy to motherhood cornered the young woman.
"Wait sister give her a chance to leave" Faeha a Rinock born to manage her sister's impulses waited beside Reeane.
"I just have to hold them off for a few minutes..." Crystal mumbled to herself as she felt her rock like skin crack against Reeane's meteorite blade.
"For fuck sake sister I told you to wait" Faeha attempted to pull Reeane down against the ice but it was to late...
Reeane wrapped the blade of her sickle around Crystal's shoulder only to remove her arm.
Life energy exploded.
Scarlet lights wrapped themselves around Crystal's body slowly forming a silhouette of what appeared to be a arm.
And just as it vanished Crystal's arm returned as if it had never left.
And within that same moment Crystal sent Reeane flying into the ice.
"Reeane I told you to give her a chance" Faeha helped her infuriated sister onto her feet.
"And I don't care" Reeane drew upon a pair of meteorite daggers.
"Damm it Reeane" Faeha sighed as she once again failed to control her sister's impulse to destroy.
The debris surrounding the sisters began to crumble into dust.
And as Reeane charged forth the ground below her feet shattered.
"What gives you the right to harm my sister" Radon appeared without warning, both gas and debris spiralling around his body.
Faeha created plates of ice beneath her sister's feet, returning her to the rings.
And as Radon edged ever closer Faeha moulded the terrain between them both into a field of spikes, hoping this would put a temporary halt to his attacks.
But it was pointless as Radon dismantled each and every spike.
And in his assault he leapt forwards, grasping a hold of Reeane's skull.
And as Faeha realised her failure Radon crushed her sister's skull.
The death of Reeane sunk deep.
Burying itself into Faeha's mind.
The Rinock born to protect her sister.
The Rinock that failed to serve her purpose.
"Wait, Radon don't!" Crystal cried out as she leapt to Faeha's aid.
"You want to spare her, I just killed her sister, do you think she's just gonna be an ally after that?" Radon questioned as he held Faeha's life in his palm.
"Realistically no but I'd rather find out, after all she's the reason her sister didn't just kill me straight away" Crystal gently placed her hand over Faeha's shoulder.
"If were gonna look after the enemy then we have to leave now" Radon threw Faeha over his shoulder.
In which Crystal looked over, her face painted with concern.
"What, do you really expect me to just care about her?" Radon continued to march back...
Back to Iceurn city.
